Dylan gave the best customer service, way beyond anyone else at the Phoenix airport. He was professional, personable and deserves a raise, time now.
I had a layover in the airport, and had already been to two of the other burger places to see if I could get food (and I couldn't). I came here, and asked if it was possible to get food with no onion or garlic, as I'm allergic. They said they cook the burger meat on the same grill as the onions. I was appalled!
