“The ice cream = delicious. The workers are all real young, which is totally fine, however... they were all cussing while I sat with my 2 children under 10. They were also eating icecream cones right behind the counter. I'm not saying that my kids have never heard cussing, but this is just inappropriate to do where any guest can hear you while on the clock. I'm sure if I worked here I'd be eating a lot of ice cream... but perhaps in the breakroom, or at least just now where guests can see.“

“The last 2 times I tried to go there the service and food is horrible. I will never waste my money again at this Sonic. I had to throw it out both times. I wouldn't eat there again if you paid me. Even our shakes were melted when we got them. The drinks even suck. Huge waste of Money KJ“
“I took my family here on a Sunday Funday Adventure To Enjoy Some Fantastic Custom Yogurt’s. I enjoyed the variety of selections and flavors. Nice atmosphere and customer service was excellent. I tried the European Tart yogurt with pineapple and mango dole flavors to top with fresh fruit and boba. I highly recommend bringing the family out for a date night.“

“Finally. Prescott has a frozen soft serve place geared specifically for wealthy people. A small milk shake is $6.49 and a "large" is $7.49 (each plus tax) ... and no, those are NOT typos. I got a "small" dish (they call it a large) of soft serve for $5.95. Financing is not available.“

“I want to say thank you to the Prescott Valley location for fixing my mistake without any questions asked. I accidentally ordered at the wrong location online because it defaulted to my old location. They gave me my order. I called the queen creek location and canceled my order and to give my order to someone else.
Thank you so much for being so kind and understanding. I just moved to PV this week.“
