“Recently moved to the area and my husband is addicted to cinnamon rolls - but not just any cinnamon rolls anymore - he is a self classified “Cinnaholic”!! We have had multiple trips to the location on Combs/Gantzel. Two visits stick out over others. One visit about a month ago, I stopped in with my 5 and 3 year old to get some rolls for dessert for Father’s Day. The owner and one other employee were working. The owner came out with three ice cream samples for me and the kids because the rolls were going to take 2 more minutes - excellent customer service - my kids were behaving but the little sample of ice cream made their night and they still talk about it to this day! About a week ago, my husband and I went in to get him and my stepson rolls, the owner was the only one working and he had a great conversation with my husband, very personable, great customer service, and we learned his name is Matt. Yesterday we ran into Matt at the grocery store and even though he wasn’t at the shop, he was still very nice, had a quick conversation and the girls thanked him again for those ice cream samples! The customer service is incredible and the rolls are spectacular!! Totally worth the drive from Florence!“

“I found this place via IG and I am so glad I did. I ordered a small cake for my moms 60th birthday and it was super easy.

I placed my order online, picked a pickup date and time, submitted payment, and quickly received an email confirmation.

The day finally arrived and I walked in a little past my pick up time. The one worker was helping someone else out so I glanced at the different pastries they still had available.

The café is cute. Its situated in the lobby area of the apartment complex and it feels very inviting and cozy. There were several seating spots inside and out and I was surprised to see that it was pretty busy on a Friday at 1:30pm.

Once my turn, I let her know I was picking up my cake and she took it out of the fridge. I was given some a few paper instructions on hoe to keep it fresh, cool, etc. She was also very friendly.

The cake was delicious. We all enjoyed it and it was more then enough for a small group of 5. We each had a decent slice and we still had a few slices left over. I will definitely keep coming back for some more future cakes :)“

“This is our favorite cookie joint. They make crumble look like garbage. The cookies are so fresh fluffy stuffed with goodness, the cookie butter filled cookie is to die for. They've remodeled and upgraded their physical location it's very cute they also have some new offerings like cinnamon rolls muffins and banana bread. Oh my God the banana bread don't get me started this stuff is always super friendly even if you're not craving a cookie and you walk by this place the smell of a loan will convince you that you are hungry for a cookie LOL“

“I had an excellent experience here and the receipt says Kyla M was the cashier. She let me get my coffee exactly how I wanted it and then let me try it (literally said you need to try this so I know you’re happy with it) which was amazing. I got the cinnasweeties and an iced coffee and it was awesome. I asked questions about different drinks that were on display and she answered every question in depth and explained in detail what was in each drink. It was just really great customer service and in a world where that’s so hard to come by now I really appreciated her! I only come to this mall once per quarter for my work and this is my little sweet treat every time and I hope she’s there next time when I’m in town!“

What makes this place nice to visit in the evening (after 7) is that they always give an extra one or two donuts if you order 1/2 dozen or 1 dozen. This place will close in a couple of hours and they have to get rid of the donuts, so the customers benefit!“
