“Expensive, but the atmosphere was really cool and food was good overall. The risotto was good but not great (to be fair, I am pretty picky about risotto). Sushi was fresh, but missing something compared to top quality sushi focused places. Everything else I tried - crab cakes, ribs, dinner rolls, desert... All great. Service was good, server was present but not annoyingly so and atmosphere was very cool and relaxing.Id definitely like to go back to try some other dishes. Overall a 5.“
“The food and service are really great . This is a go-to restaurant for us. Went with another couple where we both celebrated our wedding anniversaries. The staff made it special for us. Thank you. It is always on our list of great restaurants.“
“This dinner quickly became one of our go-to lunch places. The food had been excellent every time, and I have eaten there 4 or 5 times now. All the sandwiches are excellent. My husband had the chicken fried steak, and it was excellent, too. (I tried it, and I'm not a fan of this dish, but I might even order it next time!)The only complaint I have is that the milkshakes come in very small glasses. The shakes are great, too, but I have an issue with the price to size ratio. Other than this, go for an all-aroundexcellent meal.“
“Great local cigar bar that allows patrons to enjoy a cigar with friends in an enjoyable environment. They have a huge walk in humidor with something for everyone. Not to mention a full bar with many rotating taps for every palate. Ventilation is good, so it isn't smoky at all. Not to mention that the lounge is named after my good friend Rocky Patel. Nice touch partnering with him.“
“I gave this bar 4 stars because the atmosphere is cool and the theme is really creative and a fun time. I would love to give it a 5 but what I found it’s lacking, is a neighborhood vibe. Went there on the fly and was given a table but a 30 minute time limit and was told to sit outside with my drink once the reservation arrived. I get it, and I appreciated that they sat me despite not having a reservation, but not exactly the best bar atmosphere. I was outside with others who also got kicked out and laughed about being the outcasts… not exactly the most hospitable policy to patrons. Can’t imagine being a business owner and kicking people out of my bar after only a half an hour. The staff was friendly, the drinks were pretty good but pricey.“
“Got the St. Patty Melt (only avail til end of this month)-well worth the try. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was bc I was a little let down that they didn't have a west coast IPA still when they have a great variety of everything else, and service Was good but usually only pur 5 when it's high engagement and absolutely perfect (just me) but it really was a great visit.“
“Always a great time at this place. The atmosphere is sexy, the people are incredibly kind (Suede is the best) and the food/drinks are top notch. Also, this is the best place during the summer as they have the AC blasting and it’s nice and dark - a great escape!“
“Yesterday was our first experience at Holiday Toast & Tap. We were pleasantly surprised. The food and drinks were delicious, we were greeted right away when we walked in, and the service was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend giving Holiday Toast and Tap a try! We will definitely be return customers.“
“Went in a party of 8 for my sisters Birthday. Service was great and the food was fantastic. They ran out of the prime rib but the manager came over and apologized and comped out appetizers without us asking for anything. We had not complained or anything. Great experience and we will definitely be going back. Pricey menu but worth it.“
“I tried their limited time menu offering, Chicken Shwarma, which was good. The sandwich itself isn't overly large, but not small. I would expect it to be a little larger for the price of one sandwich at $10+. I ran out of chicken on the last part of my sandwich, and left with just the bun. The bun is spongy and definitely liked the bun. The sandwich flavors were good, this had a Mediterranean vibe with cucumbers and hummus. I didn't get any sides so I can't comment on that. The ordering process is through a kiosk, even with no one in line and staff at the front counter, you have to use the kiosks. And you do swipe your card first before picking menu items. Strange process. The staff member was kind enough to walk me through the kiosk situation, but it not a big fan of kiosk ordering and prefer interacting with real living humans. I can see this ordering as a way to limit hiring staff. But the lack of personal touch is part of the reason for taking away a star. After ordering, your name will go up on the TV screen above the pick up window bays, and you'll see how long your order will take and to which cubby your order will be delivered. I would still eat here if someone asked to meet up here, but I don't think I'd go out of my way to come here. Although I am curious to try the Ranch sandwich. So, maybe to be continued....“
“The chicken korma was excellent. The tandoori paneer was flavorful and well prepared (not too dry). Chole bhatura were yummy (not too oily) and the kerela parotho was tasty. The pani puri had flavorful pani, but the puri were okay. The Hakka noodles was the one dish we did not enjoy. Ambience is okay (it appears to be a shared restaurant that does brunch). The service was good. It's a new restaurant so they are still going through some growing pains (they didn't have a bar tender the night we went). We will go back.“
“The food is always fresh and delicious! Service is consistently phenomenal and the staff clearly are passionate about what they do. Be sure to make a reservation in advance on busy nights and weekends. I overheard the wait to be 2 hours on a Saturday night!“
“We’ve been here a couple times previously and the food was good. Recently we had Brian as a server, and he had some amazing recommendations for customizing rolls, desserts and my favorite the East LA roll. Great food, phenomenal service and a good atmosphere for all.“
“I can’t say enough about this place. They were super slammed for Father’s Day but we were seated and served promptly! Olive , the manager was an absolute gem! Sonya made our mimosas and they were absolutely delicious. This is our new go to place, especially with out of town guests!!“
“LOVE RA Sushi in Dana Park Village! Great service, fun and food. Our server Lexi is amazing. Prompt, attentive, very cautious and thorough when helping me with food allergens. There are few places I can eat out without the risk of getting sick. RA is definitely on our regular go-to places!“
“We are excited to have a local restaurant so close to our house! The service has been great every time we’ve gone, which is hard to find these days. We’ve been there for breakfast, lunch and dinner and have enjoyed everything we’ve ordered. If you’re gluten free, like me, they’ve got plenty of options for you. They also have a nice patio overlooking the golf course. Highly recommend!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free“
