“On Sunday night, November 16, 2025 my wife wanted to order dinner and us a 3rd party app called InKind which has a special offer of spend $100 get $50 off your order. We tried several times to figure out how to get the discount and couldn’t figure it out. My wife finally called the store and spoke to Brenda who was very helpful in trying to help us and apply the discount. Ultimately, we couldn’t make it work, so we just ordered dinner without the discount for pick up. 15 minutes later, my phone rang and it was Brenda from Thai Chili 2 Gilbert Crossing who proceeded to tell us a customer had come into the store and told her how to use InKind. She shared this process with us while on the phone with my wife and we successfully used InKind and received the designated discount. I want to stay that Brenda provided the best customer service and experience I’ve had in Gilbert in the last 11 years. Brenda is the consummate professional in customer experience/service and her management should be very proud to have a team member like Brenda. They have a customer for life from me and my dinner guests from a simple act of kindness and service to make a customer feel important to their local family owned Gilbert business! “First time trying this place today on Sunday. Great service from explaining their to go dishes & sizes to being patient with us reviewing menu. Got home tried the house fried rice and orange chicken . Taste was fresh and had great flavor. Definitely my new favorite spot for Chinese food.“

“The restaurant was clean. The food was good and they had it out to us relatively quickly. We have tried a couple areas here in the Queen Creek Santan area and this one is by far my favorite.

“We have gotten Thai Chili 2go before but at a different location. I didn't even realize this location was so close to my work. Let me tell you: this place does NOT skimp on anything. Containers actually filled all the way to the top, everything that was supposed to be crispy as definitely crispy and the spice level was exact!
I will never order from the other location again. This one in Gilbert (Higley and Chandler HTS) is hands down the best!“

“I’ve been looking for a new Chinese restaurant. I’m not usually a huge fan of the spring rolls but wow, these ones were amazing. I think there was a hint of lemon grass or something amazing. The crab Rangoon was so perfectly crunchy, but not too hard it was flaky. I had sesame chicken fried rice, a crab Rangoon, a spring roll and a bowl of soup. The portion was huge. For dinner out the door $20 total with tip. I was the only one eating in the restaurant at the time, but it was a very clean orderly place. The soup came first then the appetizer and then the meal. It was a lot of food and I was able to take more than half of the rice and meat home. I’ll definitely be going back. I would have to say that the dinner meal is really a two person meal.“

“We stopped by Panera Bread in Mesa, AZ, and it turned into a fun memory—my son, Kovana tried avocado toast for the very first time here! The staff had everything fresh and ready, the place was clean, and the service was smooth. The toast itself was simple but packed with flavor—crisp bread, creamy avocado, and a touch of seasoning that made it enjoyable.

What I really appreciate about Panera is the consistency. No matter where we’ve been, the service and food quality always feel dependable, and this Mesa location was no exception. Watching my son experience something new while everything around us was clean and welcoming made it that much better.

“Panera Bread always hits the spot, especially with their Pick Two deal! For just $6.99, I got the tuna sandwich and creamy tomato soup—comfort food at its best. It even came with a big, fresh hunk of bread on the side. I also grabbed the papaya green tea (seriously, so refreshing!)

The vibe inside is cozy and peaceful—it reminds me of simpler times. It’s one of those places where you actually want to sit and eat instead of rushing out. Love it here. 💛“

“I was here about a week ago, and had the Power Bowl. It was very good, but I feel the Strawberry Chocolate dessert cups were pricey $9(mini) $14 (regular size).
I had a friend with me, and hoped to share a very good dining experience with them. Unfortunately the ordering and “flow” of this Zupas location was a bit confusing for a first time customer, the acoustics seemed to amplify the noise level, and several of the tables were cluttered with used trays and trash.

I visited the Zupas at 3477 S. Gilbert Road for the first time several months ago at the same time of day (2pm), and had a better overall experience. (attentive employees, quieter and cleaner, etc.) I do like the menu items, and will probably be back to give it “another try”.“
