“Stopped by Tropical Smoothie Cafe today before my workout and grabbed the Nutella Açaí Bowl 🥣 and it was absolutely 🔥. Fresh, flavorful, and the perfect balance of healthy and satisfying. Exactly what you want before hitting the gym.
Everything tasted fresh, the bowl was made quickly, and it was super convenient when you need something light but still energizing. Definitely a great pre-workout option.
If you’re looking for something refreshing and filling without feeling heavy, I highly recommend the Nutella Açaí Bowl. I’ll definitely be back!“

“I was referred to try One Stop since I skip meals and I work right in the same parking lot. I was warned it was expensive. Let me start by saying I walked in and the young lady at the counter was very welcoming and friendly. I ordered my very specific Meal Replacement Shake Butterfinger flavor
With vegan protein and oat milk and it was amazing!! It m not vegan so I didn’t know what to expect. I was trying something new at the recommendation of my BFFL. And the price? Ummmm I spend almost that in the morning for basically ice with a splash of oatmilk and water run through a spoonful of espresso grinds that doesn’t even fill me so…. I highly recommend spending $9 on a healthy meal.“

“I went there fir coffee Auth my ride and son for the first time. The coffee was very good and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was pleasant but they could use more seating for groups of 3-4 people, as well as turning the music down. We moved from one side of the coffee shop to the other and sat at a huge table but the move helped to reduced the level of the music.“

“The donuts are good, and the service was very quick, but I felt like they were rushing me to make my choices, they acted like there was a dozen people behind me waiting on service, when there was only 1 other person and atmosphere least 6 people behind the counter to wait on us.“
