“Honestly, food this good should be illegal. I’m not a deep dish pizza fan, but honestly, this place made me love it. It’s the kind of food you miss, hanker for, daydream about. The staff is excellent, food is always fresh and hot. Pizza takes a bit, but I promise, you can’t rush perfection on these pies, with fresh ingredients, and a taste that will leave your jaw on the floor. I won’t stop coming here.“

“Recently went to dine in for two slices of pizza they had left, I did not expect for the slices to be almost 20 inches (a foot and a half) long. The Manager here is a great guy happy to have my order taken from him :) the pizza and drink costed 8 bucks but I tipped to the nearest 10 bucks.“

“The staff here are absolutely phenomenal! I arrived 15 minutes before our pizza was ready and had to wait with my boys (ages 5 and 9) who were already feeling cranky. I was not anticipating waiting to be a pleasant experience. Fortunately, an employee was folding pizza boxes at the counter and my kids were fascinated. They asked to watch and she agreed, explaining the process along the way. When my boys asked if they could try, she said they could and coached them through the process. My kids ended up helping to fold boxes until our pizza was ready. Other employees popped in to help and monitor when the original employee had to answer the phone or help a customer. What would have been a miserable 15 minutes turned into a wonderful experience. My kids left the restaurant declaring that their first jobs would be at Barro’s. The bonus to all this is that the pizza was absolutely delicious. We will definitely go there again!“

“Food review: I am relatively pleased with just about every pizza I've ever had from here. Weirdly enough, I feel like the pizza isn't entirely filling unless I eat a lot (4 or more slices of an extra large). I will say I have been disappointed almost every time I order their wings, but I'm a fan of baked wings, and it seems like these are steamed, leaving them soft and less satisfying to bite into for me.

Service is always on point with what you can normally expect.

Atmosphere: When inside its close seating in a small space, it is understandable and possible to overlook. However, in my eyes, the vibe I get from the place is a little low energy. Whenever I've gone in to pick up a pizza even the employees look like the often feel like robots going through to motion and I think a little color to the space might brighten the atmosphere or what might be fun is a jukebox machine for people and employees to pick songs and play just for extra easy entertainment.

Parking: Even with other businesses there the parking seems always easy to get close to the building“
