“Im new to Arizona and was craving some good Mediterranean cuisine. I found this place on Google and tried it because the ratings were good. I placed a pick up order online. When I walked in, I immediately noticed how clean the establishment was and then I was warmly greeted by the owner. He was very kind and wanted to make sure my experience was good. He said to personally let him know if something wasn't right. I got home and everything was not only hot and fresh, but it tasted delicious. I ordered the mixed kebab plate and there wasn't one thing that I didn't enjoy. The garlic sauce is 🤌🏽🤌🏽 chefs kiss! I do wish there was a hot sauce option.“

“There's a lot of hype about this restaurant on Instagram and it's certainly very Instagrammable. Our waiters were excellent, and there are plenty of cute locations to take photos. The drinks are cute in presentation and have good flavor, but I'm unsure how much alcohol is in them, because we could not taste or feel it. The food is also flavorful, but slightly different than expected. I got the beef kebabs, which say they come with crispy potatoes, which turned out to be crispy shreds of potato on top of the beef rather than a true side of potatoes. Fun for a girls night but I'm not sure it's worth all the hype. We had originally planned to do the $100 girlfriend dinner experience, but on arrival realized that the five course menu didn't have anything different than the regular menu. So we opted to select things off the regular menu and saved money this way. “

“ok sorry no this place is not fun anymore and we have been having fun here for 40 years.
It appears this place is now a venue for bachelor and bachelorette parties so don't plan on getting a seat we arrive at 6pm and the parties were started and there were no seats

It was loud the bachelor Party guys all sang together and it was very loud and was fun for a sing or two but then it went on and on meanwhile we were waiting our turn to sing
I put four songs up at 630pm and I did not have a tip because I needed to pay for our food first I only had a hundred in me
As soon as I had some change I went up and ripped the guy some . New kareoke guy and he avoided eye contact with me I though this very ODD
SO BY 9 NINE WE STILL had not sang so I went to check and turns out they some how missed place out four request
I asked for my tip back and said no we just dropped 90 bucks on food drinks and a song NO WE ARE NOT GOING TO REWRITE THEM give back the tip

It gets worse not only were we treated awful
And then I observed the older woman Manager take the drink from one of the gals that were crammed in a corner table due to the large parties sucking the place up they were removed from the bar I saw the woman Manager put her fingers in her drink and then she put out a reserved sign on the table and it sent Empty

“Spiga Cucina Italiana is easily one of the best Italian meals we’ve had in Scottsdale. From the moment we walked in, the space felt warm and inviting – cozy lighting, lots of wood, and an elegant yet relaxed vibe that works equally well for a family dinner or a date night. The staff was friendly, attentive, and on top of things without ever feeling intrusive. 

The star of the evening was the pasta. You can really taste that it’s made fresh in-house – the texture has that perfect bite and the sauces are rich without being heavy. The agnolotti, in particular, was outstanding: delicate pillows of pasta with a deeply flavorful filling and a sauce that you want to mop up every last drop of. Every pasta dish we tried had clean, balanced flavors, the kind of food that makes you slow down and enjoy each bite. 

Dessert was just as memorable. The chocolate cake was rich and indulgent without being cloyingly sweet, and the tiramisu was exactly what you hope for – light layers with plenty of mascarpone, soft ladyfingers, and just the right hit of coffee. It felt like a proper Italian finish to the meal rather than an afterthought. 

And the unexpected hero of the night: the garlic bread. Fresh, hot, and perfectly crispy on the outside while still soft inside, with enough garlic and olive oil to be addictive but not overpowering. It really was the icing on the cake and set the tone for everything that followed.

Overall, Spiga Cucina Italiana delivers on all fronts – food, ambience, and service. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for genuinely good Italian in North Scottsdale.“
