“Felt like something wholesome and Mediterranean. My wife suggested we try the Feta Cowboy. A fusion pita falafel meets Southwest concept in Chandler. I looked over the menu and was drawn to the Kimchee Brisket Burrito filled with Brisket, Calrose rice, Romano beans, sweet potatoes, FC pomegranate BBQ sauce, chili oil, kimchi-cabbage, Monterey Jack cheese, and harissa vinaigrette stuffed in a flour burro tortilla! I did not even finish half of this belt buster! My wife loved her build a bowl! Loved the Prickly Pear/Hibiscus/Pomegranate teas as well.
Being from Roswell, I loved the Kowboy Alien UFO Kitsch on the walls. The staff is attentive and friendly!“

Malki, the owner, was working as usual and wearing many hats. She prepared the chicken shawarma as if she’d made it hundreds of times. It was quick and many others were right behind me waiting to put in. An order for the famous wrap. I like everything on it and extra spicy with the secret sauce. Pure deliciousness in every bite. “Came in 1pm and the place was not busy. Ordered falafel and beef shawarma wrap w/greek fries. Another customer took my food on accident. The workers handled the situation gracefully and were apologetic towards me, even gave me free dessert. The food was incredible. I spend around $20ish. It was a lot of food with large portions, especially the beef shawarma wrap. This is a solid lunch spot that I would definitely recommend and will be going back to.“

The restaurant was busy with several tables ordering around the same time, but the kitchen and staff handled it without missing a beat.
