“My mom made reservations for us at noon, and when it reached 12:15, we still had not had a server acknowledge us or take our drink orders so we waved the first one we saw over. She apologized profusely and took our drink orders even though she was not our waitress. She said she would find out what the issue was immediately. When she returned with our drinks, she apologized again and said there was a miscommunication and our server would be over momentarily. When our actual waiter came over, he also apologized multiple times and was very pleasant. He took our order and was very polite and conversational. When he served us our food, he also brought an additional appetizer (one that I had already eyeballed on the menu but decided against… the melon salad) as an apology for our wait. We had already forgiven him, but this went above and beyond and we were very impressed with the impeccable customer service.
We ordered the filet mignon skewers, served with Mediterranean rice and lentils with a side of chimichurri. It was PHENOMENAL. The flavor blew me away. We also ordered the spicy olive hummus which was also exceptional. And the melon salad that he comped was absolutely delicious.
I wish I remembered our servers name! We were there on 4/6/26 at noon, and we sat in the outdoor area.
Kudos to Pinyon and its staff for making what could have been a disappointing experience into an exceptional one!“

“Im new to Arizona and was craving some good Mediterranean cuisine. I found this place on Google and tried it because the ratings were good. I placed a pick up order online. When I walked in, I immediately noticed how clean the establishment was and then I was warmly greeted by the owner. He was very kind and wanted to make sure my experience was good. He said to personally let him know if something wasn't right. I got home and everything was not only hot and fresh, but it tasted delicious. I ordered the mixed kebab plate and there wasn't one thing that I didn't enjoy. The garlic sauce is 🤌🏽🤌🏽 chefs kiss! I do wish there was a hot sauce option.“

“This place is wonderful. Everything was so fresh and yummy! My 10 year old loved the Caesar salad and hummus so much, we went back 3 times on our 8 day stay in Scottsdale. We would probably go 3 times a week if we lived there!“

“We had a party of 6, served with joy by Genevieve. The cocktails were excellent. We shared thr Wedge Salad (could be a meal for one). I had an excellent gyro and fries. The Bloody Mary burger was overdone, but otherwise a good meal. The specialty is like a thin crust pizza...but better. It is a cracker base with melted havarti cheese, and then as many toppings as you desire. We have had this twice and brought some home both times. Unless you are very hungry, the 10 inch is a meal for two.
The location in Old Town Scottsdale is convenient to parking,and the open air dining on the second floor is great for street views.
We loved the experience and will return on our next AZ trip.“

Last night was the latest A++ dinner where everything was done perfectly, and danced on our tastebuds like magic. “Was super excited to have found this place. I have been looking for that soup for a minute. Reminds me of Merakis in Vegas. First time soup was lukewarm and second time rice was lukewarm warm lol. If you can fix that then you will have a longtime client.“

“Almost everything here is gluten free, a HUGE win for our family. Pars is my husband's favorite restaurant in the valley and a delightful treat foe the kids and I. The atmosphere is calm, warm and inviting with beautiful decor to admire while waiting. The service is friendly and kind. We like to order the platter with Cornish hens, sausage, and steak which easily feeds our family of 4 for around $60. I recommend the pomegranate juice as it completes the palette and if you have an appetite, ordering the GF bread with hummus is a crowd pleaser. For an end of meal sweet treat, thier pistachio saffron ice cream is beautifully served and enough for 4 people. Highly recommended for family style dining.“
