“Amazing customer care at this location. They were very conscious of our request to not have butter added onto our pretzel bites - we just had to wait for them to be made fresh ? The associate even did something extra special / kind for us, which made this an above and beyond great experience. Thank you!Vegetarian options: Most items are vegetarian friendly. As for Vegan friendly, the pretzel base can be adjusted to not include butter. The pretzels are just as delicious without butter! This location was more than willing to accommodate our no butter request.“

I'm glad we found the kiosk in the food court. It's a small kiosk but it did the job. The pretzels were warm and fresh and was handed it us quick. Can't go wrong unless they under bake the pretzel but it's my kids fav Lost a star coz the young kids who worked there were a bit chatty with each other but I expected that“
“After waiting a great deal of time for my cinnamon pretzel, a girl walked up to me & asked if I was waiting for anything.I kindly told her yes, I was & it had been almost 20 minutes.She was sincerely apologetic and went to go make the pretzel herself.She offered me the frosting dipping sauce and once again apologized for forgetting me.It wasn't her though. It was another male employee that took my order.Please pass the word along to the manager of this Auntie Annie's that Denise was wonderful to me and provided excellent customer service.The pretzel tasted great.Thank you, Denise. ❤️“
“Love a good soft pretzel! Was craving one last week and though I have some places near me with great Bavarian pretzels I was not willing to drop that much money on one. Got pretzel bites and they give you a lot. I will say they were a little overly chewy but not bad at all. Would come back for sure!“
