“I find it near impossible to walk past Wetzel’s Pretzels especially when their doors are open and the smell is wafting out. I had came to the outlets for some specific items and had to stop in for some pretzel bites. I added the jalapeño cheese to go with it. Service was great and I was on my way. The secret is to come early so there’s no wait and everything tastes so much better.“

“Stopped by Wetzel’s Pretzels today and had a great experience thanks to Nieley! She was super friendly, energetic, and made the whole order fun. I got the classic pretzel with cheese and it was fresh and hot — exactly what I wanted.
Nieley was quick at the register, smiled the whole time, and even recommended a drink that paired perfectly. It’s always nice when the cashier is this welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be coming back for more pretzels!

“My daughter and I had All the kid's at the mall and we all wanted to get some.So we got the regular ones and the cheese one , we also got there ? lemonade and Ohh my goodness it was so good.The lady who took care of us was absolutely wonderful.If you are at the Mall ...I would recommend this anyone.“

“I've walked by this place a few times and finally got to try it. It didn't look my much judging from the outside appearance, however I was glad I finally stopped by to get my pretzel. It was so good- the pretzel came out nice and hot and was not too bready and tasted nice and salty. Loved how it wasn't too oily and I also loved how it had that toasty taste to it too.“
