“I was at the Chandelier mall the other day and stopped by this establishment. The. Ladies were very polite and great service. The jalapeño soft pretzel was fresh and delicious and they just freshly made the cinnamon bites and stuffed that cup for me. I will stop by there again if I am ever there again and craving some fresh and delicious soft pretzels.“
“After waiting a great deal of time for my cinnamon pretzel, a girl walked up to me & asked if I was waiting for anything.I kindly told her yes, I was & it had been almost 20 minutes.She was sincerely apologetic and went to go make the pretzel herself.She offered me the frosting dipping sauce and once again apologized for forgetting me.It wasn't her though. It was another male employee that took my order.Please pass the word along to the manager of this Auntie Annie's that Denise was wonderful to me and provided excellent customer service.The pretzel tasted great.Thank you, Denise. ❤️“
“The pretzels here were nice and fresh. I call it Goldilocks experience. The original place I got was not too dry nor too moist; it was the right texture and consistency without too much grease. Also, I like how it was coated with the right amount of salt too- I do like my salt but not to the point that it's overpowering.The pretzel also was warm- just the right temperature to eat. It was filling as well. Service was nice and quick. Definitely give this place a chance.“
“Amazing customer care at this location. They were very conscious of our request to not have butter added onto our pretzel bites - we just had to wait for them to be made fresh ? The associate even did something extra special / kind for us, which made this an above and beyond great experience. Thank you!Vegetarian options: Most items are vegetarian friendly. As for Vegan friendly, the pretzel base can be adjusted to not include butter. The pretzels are just as delicious without butter! This location was more than willing to accommodate our no butter request.“
“Definitely my favorite pretzel among everyone. The pepperoni meltdown was in fine form on this day, nice and hot and just a bit crispy on the edges. They offer you a 2nd half price item as well which was a refreshing Strawberry lemonade. This is inside Walmart...a new location.“

I’m only leaving a review because I put in a order through Uber eats and for some reason on the app it doesn’t give an option for cream cheese as a dip. I tried to call the store to ask if they could just switch it out but no one is answering and I’ve called 5 times. I wish it was easier to get ahold of this location.“
“If you want to have a good shopping experience as a parent and brought your kids to shop with you then make sure you keep them fed Going to wetzel has been our trick to a good day at the mall. I'm glad we found the kiosk in the food court. It's a small kiosk but it did the job. The pretzels were warm and fresh and was handed it us quick. Can't go wrong unless they under bake the pretzel but it's my kids fav Lost a star coz the young kids who worked there were a bit chatty with each other but I expected that“
“Always reliable, what can I say about them besides the obvious.On this visit we ordered the pizza bites, and although expensive, we enjoyed them completely. Usually I order them unsalted and dunk them with one of their sauces, but I didn't have the privilege this time around. Try it out if you haven't yet, you won't regret it, I promise. Sometimes they are a bit hesitant to prep you some without salt just because it does take a bit more work from their part, so be patient.“

They were so kind, patient, and helpful through the whole process. Couldn’t recommend their service more!“
“Staff was hesitant but very helpful. Payment kiosk was not functioning properly but we got it done. The new churro ? bites were good although I think they had a little too much chocolate for our tastes. We purchased both caramel and sweet cream dip as well to round out the taste sensation. Sadly, I felt the soda prices are a bit high but that did not distract from the the deliciousness of the pretzel experience.“
