Pretzels near Gilbert, AZ

“So after reading some of the reviews I was a little worried, however, you can tell management had clearly listened. My service was super friendly, as both staff members made good eye contact and greeted me as soon as I walked up to the counter. One person stopped what they were doing to immediately help me and I was given a delicious warm and fresh bag of pretzel bites with the requested dipping sauce. The only reason I gave a 4 star for atmosphere, is because it is located in Walmart........nothing against it, just not really where I want to go to get fast food. I will also mention that behind the counter looked very clean and you could tell that the staff working there now cares about keeping the place sanitary. I can honestly say that my expectations going in after reading the reviews were nervousness. I am glad I don't always follow others reviews, especially older ones because management here has corrected the issues noted from a year ago. Well done and keep striving to improve where and when it is possible.“

“I placed an order ment for delivery but placed as a pick up. Called and asked if i could pick it up later in the day. They said yes. Once there, they were nice and let me know there was a wait (I didn't want butter on the bites). It got done quicker.“

“The pretzels here were nice and fresh. I call it Goldilocks experience. The original place I got was not too dry nor too moist; it was the right texture and consistency without too much grease. Also, I like how it was coated with the right amount of salt too- I do like my salt but not to the point that it's overpowering.The pretzel also was warm- just the right temperature to eat. It was filling as well. Service was nice and quick. Definitely give this place a chance.“
