“The BEST fried chicken ever! And the Arnold Palmer is the best I've ever had on a hot sunny day. There's a certain waitress there that is just the best & she is so friendly & always smiling. Just the best customer service ever. The food is always delicious & hot. I've never had a problem with anything there. The staff really are great people.“
“FOOD: High-quality chicken with just the right spices and served hot. Substitutions offered without incident.SERVICE: Daniel was outstanding and friendly to my family. Both the Mesa location and this one have, in my opinion, set the standard for restaurant service. Give this man a good tip!ATMOSPHERE: Welcoming and casual. Perfect. Parking was plentiful here, unlike the Van Buren location, which I couldn't even park at, so I came here. Thanks, Gus's. We have a great dinner with no complaints. We would come back often and recommend to anyone!Parking: Plenty of free parking at this location.Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendliness to all.“
“Had a great time with friends having dinner here tonight. Justin was excellent. Food was great. Weather was perfect for patio dining. Overall great experience.Dietary restrictions: Wife is gluten free. They had lots of options.Kid-friendliness: Had an 8 year old dining with us. She enjoyed it as well. Good kid menu options.“
“The food here is AMAZING! You wouldn't expect it from the small restaurant, but the menu packs a punch. The brisket is amazing, the oxtail dinner is definitely a must, and take your pick of their sides-- you won't be disappointed. Definitely on my list of top 3 BBQ places in “
“My son and I went out just looking for some place to have lunch today, and this is where we ended up. There isn’t much for dining in, but the food was really really good. Well seasoned and hot to order. My son got a burger and I got the catfish and neither of us were disappointed. Everyone was friendly and you can tell that everyone that came in there loved it. We will definitely be back again :)“
“The food was so good! I ordered the Belgian waffle with fried chicken. Here are my pros and cons: Pro: - chicken was seasoned well - waffle was fluffy and not too hard ( if you like crispy waffles I would ask them for that) - syrup was good cons: - if you don't have a sweet tooth the syrup might be powerful to you - Really none I HIGHLY RECOMMEND making a reservation so you don't have to wait in a line to sit and eat. Also, brunch starts getting poppin around 10:30 am and it's so cute and laid back inside you don't have to dress up but some people did. My party did not dress up!“
