I wanted to share some excellent feedback regarding a recent dining experience.
David provided A+ service with his knowledge of the menu and recommendations. Our Waygu was cooked perfectly. The restaurant is beautiful inside with one of the best views overlooking the mountains. The host staff was also very friendly when we arrived and made the welcome special.
I will definitely be back the next time I am in Arizona.

Talavera is a renowned restaurant that offers a wonderful dining experience, with exceptional service and a scenic mountain view. Visitors are recommended to visit around sunset to enjoy the stunning view of the sun sinking over the mountains. The restaurant's menu features a variety of delicious dishes, including the unique Pan Con Tomate, a Spanish-style bruschetta, and their signature Talavera Paella, a mix of seafood and meats. The Patatas Bravas, a side dish of potatoes cooked in different spices and served with spicy tomato sauce and lemon aïoli, is also a must-try. The restaurant's steaks are cooked to perfection, and the Cuttlefish Ink Mellow Rice and the 20oz Bone-In Ribeye are highly recommended.
