Had been going here almost every week for about a year and a half now. Now with COVID-19, I'm mostly working from home. That being said, they seem to be taking special orders. I was lucky enough to find out that Tony taking orders for carrot cakes he was making for Easter. After talking with Kathy, I ordered a carrot cake; which looked fantastic and tasted even better. You will Not go wrong with The Brilliant Bagel!! The menu items are All so delicious that even if you are not vegan, you will not miss the meats. The owners are incredibly nice and helpful! Didn’t find it until a week before covid hit, and have been craving it since! Wish I had found it sooner. Both their smoothies and chai are amazing! Can’t wait to go back again.
