“Rossa Kitchen and Patio is an Italian style restaurant at McDowell Mountain Golf Club. Currently, the course is being reseeded, so it's closed until October 10th... but Rossa is still open! Hours are a bit shortened, kitchen opens later during the reseed. It's the perfect time to visit!
I'm sitting on the patio enjoying a pizza and cocktails. I have the course and city views to myself along with the birds chirping, wind rustling the trees. I ordered the Not Your Grandma's pizza and it was a great combo of sweet and savory: spiced orange marmalade, crispy shallot, smoked bacon, burrata, and roasted pistachio. I'm a whiskey girl who has always loved a Lynchburg lemonade, so I really enjoy their version and bonus points for the name. The Dutton is a light mix of bourbon, lemonade, passion fruit, and cub soda. Not too sweet, but refreshing on a still 100° Arizona "fall" day.“

“First time patron. Had to find a pizza location near my parents' house. Ordered 3 16 inch pizzas for takeout. Pizzas were ready as requested. The Chicago was delicious but the Super Six and Chicken Presto Pesto were magnificent! My whole family truly enjoyed the pizza. Thought it was a bit pricey but my elderly mother thought it was the best pizza ever. That made it worth it.“

“I got the combo shredded beef burrito rice beans w.added side of guacamole
TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT I RECEIVED IN MY OPINION
I've had this before (I thought, I really enjoyed it, I thought) Rice and Beans good, not much flavor in my shredded beef and seemed like more tortilla than meat on each end just be sure to start your burrito in the middle to get your beef or your filled with soggy tortilla..... sad ? Needed some cheese ?? Salsa ?? FLAVOR ?? Maybe just not my day I really did enjoy it in the past.....
I THOUGHT ?
Parking: Alot of parking available I have ♿️ plates which makes it nice but that didn't give me the only upfront parking because nobody else was there at 11 am PARKING WAS ABUNDANT“

“First time visiting YC’s in Tempe. The Food was great with a large selection of veggies and sauce. The employees were very friendly and went above and beyond helping us. The manager was very friendly also and spent some time talking with us about our home state of Alaska. We now live just outside Casa Grande and would love a YC’s Mongolian bbq in Casa Grande area. There is nothing like this in our area.“

“OK I’ve got to be upfront about Eddie V’s – it’s a Seafood Lovers Paradise and a Foodies’ superb Haven. It isn’t cheap, but you more than get what you pay for, then some, and then some more. It made for a super enjoyable date night for my wife and I. Albeit I can almost guarantee that most folks who visit Eddie’s and can regularly afford this as I noticed around me, are not so much into the food but the atmosphere, the opulence and maybe, just maybe the excellent food, but more into the company they are with, the comfortable surroundings, and I must say, themselves! Although my wife and I were into most of that, the food with the atmosphere is what really makes Eddie’s extraordinary! As they advertise, they most definitely are a stylish and sophisticated fine dining experience. Their expansive, multi-room, sheik, classy and chic atmosphere lends to the intoxicating background with subtle live music wafting through the air (not too loud, just right) for a perfect evening of conversation, harmony, cuisine, pleasing audible resonance and leisure. The dusk was exulted by an incredible offering of exceptional and brilliantly prepared cookery. We started the evening with my fave Grey Goose Extra Dry Martini with 2 pimento olives and 2 cocktail onions, perfectly prepared, and my better half’s Grey Goose Cosmopolitan - exceptional. Magnificent renditions and Kudos to the ‘Tender! At the discretion of the Chef, this evening’s amuse Bouche of Watermelon Gazpacho, we was totally unprepared for – it was extraordinary in its subtlety and finesse, was an incredibly delish hors d'œuvre. For starters our selections of the Maine Lobster Bisque, smooth to the palate, savory and full of flavor, with an extraordinary Crème Fraîche (yes, with the perfect amount of Cogñac added), and their Classic Caesar Salad with a just perfect amount of dressing was seasoned without being overwhelming was fantastic. Our Entrées were exceptional. My selection of the “Chef's Seasonal Fish” a Mediterranean Branzino (Sea Bass) basically and caringly Broiled, I requested skin on, and simply seasoned with olive oil, lemon and sea salt and served with Asparagus was incredible – it was tender, moist and exuding with natural flavor, enhanced only with its basic preparation. This filet was excellently prepared and meticulously presented – adding to the sumptuous arrangement. My wife decided on a wonderfully prepared tender and awesome Norwegian Salmon with a perfectly rendered and delicious Kentucky Rye Whiskey and just the right measure of mustard Glaze served over tender and fresh Baby Carrots and gently Sautéed Spinach. The Au Gratin Potatoes we ordered for a side were stupendous. We wrapped up our dinner outing with my Wife’s choice an excellent rendition of Bananas Foster Flambé Butter Cake and I a delish Fresh Seasonal Berries with Cream. We topped everything off with Branson VSOP Brandy and Fonseca Bin 27. Magnifique! If you’re in the mood for romantic, tranquil, company and conversation – not to mention some of best culinary experiences in the Valley, this is the place for you… and us. Bon appétit!“

“I just spent my first time going to Ocean 44 and I must say, this is one of the best restaurants I had ever been to. When I took my wife there they really took care of us. Any questions we had about the menu they made sure they walked us through the whole menu so knew how everything works. They took care of us just as good as being at a life loan Doctors office. I definitely recommend this place and especially to take your date to.“

“This was our first visit to the Capital Grill in Scottsdale. It was an experience to remember.
We had just purchased a new home in Arizona and stopped in to celebrate with drinks and a late lunch. Just walking in was impressive. The restaurant is beautiful ! The hostess immediately greeted us. She was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. We did not have reservations. Still, we experienced only a very short wait for our table.
Upon being seated, there was glitter on our table and beautiful card congratulating us on the purchase of the new home and a welcome to Arizona. (The hostess asked us earlier if there a special reason for stopping in)
Our wait staff was amazing, especially MARNIE ! Just the perfect blend of friendliness, knowledge, and superior service. Our food (Mini Tenderloin Sandwiches with Mushrooms) and drinks were to die for. Everything served to perfection.
We were served with a complimentary desert that was also to die for.
One of our favorite dining experiences ! We will be going back often. We highly recommend the Capital Grille. It is heaven !“

“The spring rolls were so fresh and the sauce...their homemade sweet &sour sauce sprinkled with peanuts, was amazing. Got the Gai Kua, waiter’s recommendation, over my usual Pad Se Ew and so glad I went with this. The flavors are like a party in your mouth. Also tasted the Shrimp and asparagus special, equally as good. And the portions...very generous! Wish I would have had room to try the mango and sticky rice...next time!“

“This place is amazing. Very good food , very very friendly staff, good music and the right level. The lighting was even perfect. The late night Seen is the best seven to close. Very easy-going very chill Tuesday night. The food is very good. The staff is super polite and it’s tucked away off the beaten path. How good the food is mixed in with the atmosphere. Hands-down, one of the best hidden little gems in Scottsdale. I don’t write these that much. I’m not drunk either. ;) but very good food and very nice people with a solid atmosphere!“

“We sat at the bar and the bartenders, Zach and Naomi, were extremely attentive. Didn't skip a beat when our drinks were low or removing dishes for us. Our drinks were fantastic. The food was impeccable and all sent out evenly spaced so we could enjoy each course. We had the lobster escargot for an app and I recommend taking them out of the tray and set on plate because they are so hot. Excellent flavors though. The oysters were amazing and the tray of condiments were a delight. We shared the filet and it was cooked medium rare to perfection. Oh and the butter cake is a must for dessert! We look forward to coming back again and again.“

“A great experience that placed us right back in Paris where we lived for 3 years. From the look of the menu, offerings, ambience and music. And of course the food itself. It seemed natural to flip to speaking French. Food was great.“
“I am so happy I booked Medieval Times while we were visiting Scottsdale. We did not have to wait long to get checked in, get our crowns and then our entry picture taken. We did not have time to hangout in the hall due to us being so close to show time, so we were able to go to our seats right away. We had Queen's Royalty Upgrade so our seats were front row. You have a mug, your plate, napkin and a wet wipe at your seat. The wet wipe is to be used BEFORE you eat, to clean your hands. We did not have to wait long for the bartender to come around - they only come around 3 times during the 1.5 hours and you can only order one drink at a time. Our first course - Dragon Blood Soup (aka tomato soup) This was your standard tomato soup, pretty watery, but not bad and not great. It was fine. The garlic bread came next - standard Texas toast. You can't mess it up - buttery goodness. Once they clear those plates, the chicken comes next. You literally get half a chicken! Now, we are fans of rotisserie chicken so we were happy. Decent flavor and it was super moist! There are bones, so you are using your bare hands to pick around it. Part of the fun! My kids destroyed their birds - they loved it. Next up is potato - which is half a potato roasted. Decent enough flavor, i prefer to dip my potatoes in stomthing, so it was a little boring for me but it was fine. Last dinner item is the corn - this is a quarter of a cob slathered in butter and some seasoning. I thought it was delicious, as did my kids. My husband and sister, however, thought it was bad corn. To each their own! Last part of the meal is the eclair. Nothing special, more like a frozen one from Gordon Food. But dessert is dessert, right!? Overall review of the food - it was better than I expected. After all the reviews I had read before hand, I was prepared. We didn't go for the food but were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Now to the show - the only downside for me was the acoustics and my ability to hear the narrator and the queen. Not sure if it was just me or if that is for the whole arena, but it didn't ruin my experience. The story is easy to follow. Everyone gets to into cheering for their section's knight! My kids had a great time cheering for our color and then booing the other colors. The different "events" were great to watch - these guys have some true talent! Obviously the jousting and sword fighting were the highlight. They make it as realistic as possible with sticks that explode when they hit the other guy's shield, and sparks during the sword fights. I thought the horses were so fun to watch - the bow, dance, jump, etc. The falconer was pretty exciting, too! They keep the audience engaged but throwing flowers, giving out sashes, and the cheering and booing. They do come around and offer a few different trinkets for sale (like light up swords, flowers, and more banners) fair warning for those with kiddos. Our pictures were passed out during the show, since they were included in our tickets - they turned out cute. They also ask upfront for tips for the servers, as tip is not included in your ticket price. They give you your server's payment app details or ask for cash or card. This didn't bother me, as our server was hustling to serve each course and then clear plates in a timely manner. Plus, he was part of the opening scene! Once the show was done, we went to the souvenir booth for the kiddos. We didn't think the trinket prices were terrible, all things considered. Less than I would have assumed. Few other notable things: Cleanliness - I found the entire venue, including bathrooms, very clean. I was impressed by that. Character - EVERYONE is in character. It is fun to interact with them and how they address and speak to you. My Lord and Lady! My kids had a BLAST! I would definitely recommend it.
Vegetarian options: Menu is set so the vegetarian meal is pre set.
Kid-friendliness: Totally kid friendly! My 8 & 5 year olds LOVED it!“

“I had the Barbecue burger on sourdough and it was was awesome!
My wife had the Blu burger and it was great.
My daughter had the Habañero burger and she said it was ok but liked the Blu burger better.
The The battered onion rings were fantastic as well.
The gelato martinis looked good but we were so full that we had to pass on them. Maybe next time.
The staff members were all very nice and very friendly! They made you feel welcome.
It was loud in the place but we still enjoyed our time there. Management should add some sound deadening materials on the walls and hang some from the high ceiling and that should help.“

The food was delicious, nothing but rave reviews for everything made in house from the pizza's to the hummus made with cannelloni beans. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, atmosphere and Social interactions at Craft 64. Suzanna the manager went above and beyond making our reunion enjoyable and her service and staff are to be applauded for a job well done. Thank you!“

“Absolutely delicious and good service too! The tater tots are something else, very nice touch with the pickled jalapeños. The fish and chips are so good, the fish is perfectly flaky and moist. The fries are nice and thick! I wasn’t crazy about the wings, but that could be my taste buds. They haven’t been the same since I got COVID in 2021. Anyways, 5 stars.“
