“The staff was friendly and attentive. My wife ordered Shrimp, she said that they were overcooked, in her opinion they weren't as fresh as she thought they should be and they were tough, the rest of her meal was satisfactory. I had Cheese Enchiladas with beef and had no complaints. I believe we will try them again in the future.“

“Overall a good experience. Food was tasty, although my fajitas came to the table with no sizzle and only lukewarm. But they tasted good and plenty of toppings to spruce them up. Took off for atmosphere because it was so dark it was hard to read the menu, and the restrooms definitely hadn’t seen a cleaning for a while.“

“Christian at the window was super nice and super sweet. Just wanna give him a five star rating all around. Store is always amazing. Always gets my food right all around awesome fast food service! I go back as much as I can! My husband just ordered and he was so sweet to him for giving him churros and replaced what was missing with empanadas!“

“We do recommend El Patron but we had a bad experience recently. My wife and I picked up an order to go consisting of Chicken flautas and Enchilada a La Crema chicken. We had to throw everything in the trash because the entire order tasted like fish. It was absolutely disgusting and very disappointing because we have had good food there before. In fact, El Patron is normally our go to in Pinetop. Luckily, we only ate a small amount and did not get sick.“

“Real Fresh Mexican Food! We were in a pinch and needed food for a meeting and Aliberto’s to the rescue. Food was amazing and warm, even the chip, when we received it. The salsa were so flavorful! Highly recommend Aliberto’s Wagon Wheel.“

“I've been enjoying el rancho restraunt pretty much my whole life the sisters are so nice and even had to babysit me a few times I've learned over the years for that I am sorry..lol.. but really everytime I go up i don't hesitate and head there the very 1st day im there the food is always the best and always has the best fresh chips and salsa i cant get enough of then I recomend getting a cheese crisp to go with for my appetizers then I always get the bean and cheese burrito I'm one of those simple eaters that don't like to change it up for as long as I can remember and thats since the 1980's so if your ever in pinetop you must try el rancho you won't regret it I always leave stuffed and with a chocalate mint when I leave.. the sisters aka the owners will make sure you enjoy everything and will treat you like family.. thanks for all the positive memories el rancho you really are the best“

“Sandra and Jose are such amazing people and have very welcoming personalities. They are so friendly and kind. They’ve got delicious food and drinks! The elotes are so good and they even have champurrado!! I haven’t had any since I moved up here from the Valley; my husband happened to see it on Facebook that it was available here. We rushed right over and bought some. It is SO DELICIOUS!!! Thank you Jose and Sandra! My husband and I will be back soon!!“

“Alberto’s in Pinetop not only has great food (their chili rellano burrito is crave-able) but they also have amazing deserts! I live in Show Low and will DoorDash my food from the Pinetop Aliberto’s because it is just that good!!“

“This is THE best restaurant in town, hands down. And perhaps the best Mexican Restaurant I've ever been to in Arizona. The owners and the cooks must really take a lot of pride in what they do. Because all of their meals are absolutely delicious. And they treat their customers like close friends.“
