I went in for the new $10 box. I had asked for some sauce, specifically honey mustard sauce. I paid and I was told to move forward. While waiting for my food. The worker just came out and just held the bag next to my window. Didn't say anything, I said thank you and all he did was walk away in a huff. Not only did they forget my sauce, the fries were soggy, my food was lukewarm, they gave me the wrong drink.
Never had any complaints. Food is always good. Its KFC.
Ordered 40 dollars worth of food from here the other night. 2x 5 piece tenders and a large mashed potatoes. They forgot to include the mashed potatoes. They did throw in a bunch of different sauces because I couldnt decide which one I wanted to try. Well I called them up to let them know I didnt get the mashed potatoes. They took down my information and they replaced my entire order. The customer service was great. I didnt expect them to replace the ENTIRE order. KFC you did great!

KFC is a fine establishment that serves incredible food, even outdoing specialized chicken wing restaurants. The service is great, and the staff ensure cleanliness and address any issues promptly. The food is always hot and fresh, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The restaurant is clean, making it a great choice for special occasions. The location is convenient with good parking, it is very kid friendly, and very accessible to wheelchair. The chicken tenders are amazing and the Tuesday 10 dollars bucket is a great deal.
