I’ve been to here and another Vietnamese place in town I won’t name (which I also liked). But I’ll say that I loved this.
This is my preferred Vietnamese cuisine in Sierra Vista for sure. I’m from Denver and am very spoiled regarding good Vietnamese food (shout out to Federal Blvd). I got a pork vermicelli bowl and the meat has an excellent slightly sweet marinade and a nice char to it. I actually like ordering and paying at the front; it streamlines it a bit. I also like how small it is; very cosy. Very clean. Courteous staff at the front. Modern decor/vibe but still has a soul most modern places lack.

I ordered a chicken curry mild plate it was supper spicy I called them they didn't even call me back after me waiting I will not get my food there because this is the second time they do that to me

This was our first time at this location and it was a huge letdown from the Peacock of years gone by. I realize things change, but this was not an enjoyable experience. The windows, floor, tables were fairly dirty and sticky. The vegetable fried rice was skimpy on the vegetables and barely average in taste. The vermicelli bowl was ok but bland. None of the usual sauces on the table. They no longer have the wonderful Vietnamese coffee on the menu. The prices were high for what was served. There is potential here for the Peacock to be as good as they used to be, but currently missing the mark.
