“These cakes are such an amazing texture. I don’t know how they do it. Airy and satisfying, moist without being wet or gummy. The birthday boy usually scrapes the frosting off cakes, but he loved his red velvet! Just the right amount of sweetness and a perfect cake to icing ratio.

It was my first time getting a cake from them, so I don’t know if this is standard practice for the company or unique to this location/staff member, but the customer service was phenomenal. She came into the middle of the shop to talk to me instead of standing behind the counter, then walked me through all of my options for decorations as if she was excited for my son to get his cake.

And then it came out wrapped, and it just elevated the ‘specialness’ of it all. Birthday boy was impressed, and he’s a teenager, so that’s hard to do.

The server handed them to us and never tried to make us feel guilty for not buying anything. So, I decided to buy a variety of the options available that week. They weren't free, but they were delicious. They are a bit pricey, but each cookie is big enough for sharing. I may not go weekly, but a once a month treat is definitely in my future.“
