“Karissa, Giselle, Johanna, Isha, Bryanna and Keyla have always had great customer service towards me with welcoming energy! It makes me want to come back for my plain pretzel bites. They have great conversations with me and I even come in to just say hi to them, they know me as Jared :)

“I find it near impossible to walk past Wetzel’s Pretzels especially when their doors are open and the smell is wafting out. I had came to the outlets for some specific items and had to stop in for some pretzel bites. I added the jalapeño cheese to go with it. Service was great and I was on my way. The secret is to come early so there’s no wait and everything tastes so much better.“
