Great experience at Cafe Rio. The food was fresh, flavorful, and really hit the spot. What stood out the most, though, was the customer service. The person I assume was the manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we had a great experience. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to.
Food was really good, I ordered online and service was really slow. I had to wait 10 minutes after my arrival before a buffet style salad bowl was ready and I watched them there was 2 employees eating in the inside. And they made an order for someone to pick up just before mine and still took 10 min more for my order.
Love this place! Great food, great atmosphere, and wonderful staff! I see these other reviews of the staff and I'm confused. Been here multiple times and every single time I walk in, they all have greeted me, once even offered a drink while I waited for my order and have been friendly. I prefer this place)and specifically this location) over Chipotle.
