“Got two build your own poke bowls. They had a nice selection of proteins. Service was great and fish was very fresh. They seemed to be precious with the spring mix and some of the toppings, but were a little heavy on the sauce, next time I will make a point of asking them to go light on the sauce or put it on the side.“

“The best Hawaiian restaurant ever. I moved across the country and I still dream about Maui grill. Every time I come back to AZ to visit I am sure to come in for a bbq chicken meal and spam musubi. I’ve tried dozens of Hawaiin places elsewhere, nothing will ever beat it. The staff knew my order by heart, every time I came in to pick up my bbq chicken meal with spam musubi I didn’t even have to give my name, it was just handed to me. Please don’t ever change Maui Gril!!“

“We were greeted with friendliness when we walked in the door. The items on the menu were diverse and creative, with a mix of more standard fare. The food was delicious with an enjoyable mix of seasoning and well cooked fare. The wait was appropriate for the cuisine. A wholly pleasing experience.“

Got the build your own poke bowl and did not disappoint. The sauces were not overpowering and they served actual fresh fish and not the saku blocks.

Great portions and flavorful to the last bite. I did not have a pic as I ate it all before I stopped to write this review. It's tucked away in the
corner of the plaza.

They also have Dole whip and are very helpful if you have dietary restrictions. I don't believe their made sauces are gluten free, but they have gluten free tamarai by the condiments. Definitely worth a stop and great meal to have on a hot day.“

“Delicious! Highly recommend the chicken katsu and teriyaki chicken. Spam musubi seems to be made fresh daily, I've grabbed two for good measure each trip. Great Aloha drink options and fountain sodas. Seating can be limited depending on the time/day, but we always seem to find a place to sit.“

“This was my first time coming to this restaurant. I love how the girl at the front counter was so patient and willing to answer all my questions. I assumed it was just like a big sushi roll but in a bowl, so I just put everything I like in a sushi roll haha! Everything was so fresh and delicious! I think it was a pretty good price considering how much food you get. I love that I can customize my bowl and I love all the options available. Ahi Poke is going to be my new addiction! “I'm a big fan of poke bowls, and this place didn't disappoint. The store was spotless and well-kept. The staff were friendly, helpful, and really knew their stuff. Since it was my first time, I let them choose for me. When I got my to-go order, I was surprised by how full the bowl was – they definitely pack it in! It was absolutely delicious, and the tropical punch I had with it was a great complement.“

“An absolute gem! Needed to go for some healthy food after 2 weeks in America and this did not disappoint. The staff were nice and the portions were huge. Food was fresh and the location was very convenient to get to from the light rail stop- around a 15 minute walk and very pleasant area with plenty of food choices around. Zero complaints. Lots of options to eat and the cafe is very spacious and airy too.“

“Place was very busy and they seemed short on staff to accommodate .. had to wait quite a bit for hostess to even come to the front to seat us. Server was very nice and did pretty good .. had to ask for items multiple items from staff. Food was very yummy and so were drinks. Very loud and hard to talk even at our small table for two.“
