Don’t ever buy appliances from IKEA, they make it impossible! To submit tickets and make returns! They processed my returned and said they would replace item. But only picked up and we haven’t received our new item. I notified them 2 days within receiving item and they approved returned and it’s been 2 years because they just reference me to a overseas 3rd party company.
