We brought our 11-year-old daughter here for her birthday during a week night , so it wasn't too crazy. We had an issue with her points cards that she earned during a prior visit. They condensed the 3 cards and her points got erased. Aaron was working the counter and tried to do everything he could to figure it out. This place has a little bit of everything. We started with bowling, played a few arcade games then finished with dinner. The burgers were fresh, the fries were crispy and the service was excellent!
I had a wonderful experience at main event the staff here are really polite and helpful. I had a great time bowling and the food was delicious. Noah and Alexis (Lex) are super helpful and nice at the front desk. I will definitely be coming here again. I had a fantastic experience!
