Malki, the owner, was working as usual and wearing many hats. She prepared the chicken shawarma as if she’d made it hundreds of times. It was quick and many others were right behind me waiting to put in. An order for the famous wrap. I like everything on it and extra spicy with the secret sauce. Pure deliciousness in every bite. Fast and friendly service and to top it all off, Malki is an awesome community member, participating in making the corridor a better place for the many local businesses. Only On Apache man! ...... “We were passing through town on vacation and got a craving for Greek. Found this location on Maps and checked it out. The food was absolutely amazing and the staff was very courteous.

Our favorites were the Shawarma euro with tzatziki and the Dubai chocolate brownie was an absolute banger.

“Great experience at CAVA! I ordered a lamb meatball bowl with half rice and half greens. Very tasty, and they don’t skimp on ingredients! I had the falafel last time…very good. My husband had a steak pita and he said it was amazing! We will definitely be back. I love how Mediterranean has become popular in the fast casual food industry.“

“This is a Syrian-style gem in Scottsdale. Twice I have been here and treated like family. We had pizza, babaganoush, and grape leaves. Each dish is crafted with love and care. The babaganoush was smokey and garlicky, the grape leaves were tender. I liked the new York style pizza crust. I was also informed they have a booth at uptown farmer's market, where they regularly sell out of their items. No surprise, the food is amazing and served with a smile!“

“Cairos Gyros is a must-try! We ordered the gyro wrap combo with Greek fries, and it was absolutely amazing. The gyro was perfectly seasoned, tender, and flavorful, while the fries had that authentic Greek touch that made them addicting.

Even though the soda machine was down, I appreciated the thoughtful touch of an ice-cold Coke can. It was the perfect size — refreshing without being too much — so I could really enjoy the meal without filling up on sugar.

The real highlight was the tzatziki sauce: creamy, flavorful, and spot on. The bonus of feta mixed in took it to another level!
