Wingstop in Tempe

“So i want to give some love and a shout out to this wingstop. I do dash and every single time i come in they are slammed with orders. Evenso, they are always hustling, they are always communicating, they are always working. I know Wingstop gets a Bad rap and theres always low rating at nearly every location. As a customer of wingstop i have to admit many of them deserve the low score but not this Location. As a former manager in retail sales/customer service for 10 years i have to say what i see in a lot of wingstops def is not up to par. How this wingstop has low ratings doesnt make sense to me. I believe the manager here is Rosa and theres another younger girl there named Loa or Loe (not sure how to spell it) but those 2 are always on top of things. Ill be coming back to this wingstop specifically even though its not the closest to me. I hope this reaches the right people who can give this team some recognition.

So as much as im giving props to this team, im going to be honest because if im not, how can your team at this location improve if theres no constructive criticism? So this is being said with hopes that your team can hear the feedback, own it and make some adjustments.

My honest review of this location. I say theres room for improvement with food quality. The times ive ordered here, ive asked for welldone and then i get wings that have chewy soggy skin. Then other times its on point and perfect. Ive also ordered extra wett or extra seasoning and get wings that are basically naked and half covered in sauce and seasonings. Then again there other times its perfectly on point. So theres definitely INCONSISTENCIES. Not bad but room to grow for sure.

I would say the biggest issue here is cleaniness. Soda station can be a bit messy. Ice machine doesnt work sometimes. Tables and floors sticky at times. Othertimes, it hasnt been an issue. Ive walked in here before and seen it immaculate. Umfortunately of seen it a bit more messy than clean. So again, some Inconsistencies. Room for improvement for sure. ILL NOTE, It could also be do to the fact that im usually at this location near the end of the day, so i get that it might be that way after being super busy.

AS FAR AS SERVICE, I GIVE YOUR TEAM HERE AN A+! and thats why ill be back.
Sometimes food can take a long time but this team makes it right with their hard work and positive attitide.

ROSA, IS EXTREMELY POLITE, EVEN UNDER PREASSURE. REGARDLESS OF HOW SLAMMED IT IS, SHE ATTENTIVE AND ALWAYS DOING HER BEST.

LOA OR LOE, the girl with the red hair, man...her energy is solid. She makes the environment positive and energized. Shes always smiling and hustling at the same time.

Ive seen other employees here and they are customer focused as well, unfortunately i dont know their names. I hope your team sees this and knows that i see your hard work and your drive. Keep it up!“

“Went here last night to pick up a Door Dash order and Elicia (I hope this is the correct spelling) went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She was kind, informative, and made sure my customers order was kept track of which made my wait time super low! She even went out of her way to fill the drinks and opened the door for me on my way out. Huge thank you to her, Elicia is a rockstar and deserves a raise and a promotion.“

“I had an hour lunch and rushed to this location because it was down the street. I spoke with Jay who had great customer service over the phone and in person when taking my order. When talking to her on the phone, I asked her for the 20 piece wing special and a side of carrots and ranch along with the drink and asked if I could have my wings extra crispy. Jay followed my instructions to the tea. Also special shout out to Raven and Tie who were also in the back assisting Jay with my order, it seems they are a good team together and I hope they are there for a long time. Just a suggestion whoever reads this post they’re human just like us and not every day is gonna be a good day but prior to coming in here and getting my food I prayed for the staff. I prayed for the atmosphere. I prayed that my food would be fresh, prayer does work. What I ordered was mango habanero in Louisiana rub. I will say that Louisiana rub is the bomb. My food was packed and prepared for me within five minutes of getting there.“
