“The cookies taste pretty good with a weekly rotating menu. The customer service at this location is pretty bad. The last 5 orders have been wrong. I did call and was offered a refund however the person I spoke to today (she didn't offer her name) said she was very overwhelmed and told me she was the only one working therefore couldn't answer any of my questions or concerns and hung up on me. Experience might be better in person, but I would NOT order from this location unless you didn't care what you ended up getting and don't want any actual customer service.“

“I have been to this crumble location quite a few times, the first two times the customer service wasn’t great there was a long line and the kids working there were all having a conversation while we the customers waited over 15 min for help. I left on that day without ordering as the line wasn’t moving. Today there was no line and the kid that helped me was nice showed me the cookies and asked if they looked good. I bought 3 individual cookies and asked for a bag which I was told he didn’t have any. I remember seeing people with bags before but he refused to give me one. I didn’t appreciate it that. I wish they had better customer service as my teenage daughters always want to try the new flavors.“
“Treat Dreams lives up to their name! BEST BROWNIES EVER. I had asked if they made a certain flavor and they went above and beyond to make a special brownie for my husband's birthday. I got to meet the owner Zachary and he is just the best! Thank you Courtney for making the most delicious dessert I have ever tried“

“Always have a great experience every time I come here . Toby helped me tonight , from helping me figure out what ice cream I was ordering tooooo even placing the box ice cream in a bag for me just so I didn’t get cold holding it to my car !!!!!! great customer service over all ! Thank you Toby 👌🏼“
“Go there very frequently and they are always so sweet and attentive. I once forgot my card there and had no idea until I went back. She remembered it was my card and asked me if I had lost it and I checked my wallet and boom my card was missing. They were so sweet to save it for me. I would’ve went into a panic had she never told me. I love this place and so does my daughter.“
