Arby's offers a satisfying dining experience with correct and fast service, including attention to small details like napkins and condiments. The menu features delicious options such as the French dip, beef, hot dogs, and refreshing chocolate shakes. The restaurant is consistently clean and provides excellent customer service, with well-maintained restrooms. Food often comes out super hot and fresh, and customers appreciate the quality of items like the fish, which they recommend requesting freshly made for the best taste. Currently, there is a special mint chocolate shake with Andes mint chunks that many enjoy. Staff members are known for their great service, with one employee running to give potato cakes after customers leave, showing genuine care. Sometimes, orders may take a few minutes longer, and the app may not always show the correct pickup area or allow extra sauce requests, but overall, the experience remains positive.
