“Our morning in Tucson was off to a spectacular start with our first-ever visit to Bruegger’s Bagels, a spot that truly exceeded our expectations. We decided to try the Cold-Smoked Craftsmanship Salmon, opting for a unique bagel base of Rosemary and Sesame, which added a fragrant, savory depth to every bite. To round out the meal, we treated ourselves to a creamy Vanilla Cold Brew and a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice—a refreshing combination that hit all the right notes. The salmon was incredibly fresh, and the texture of the bagel was perfection; it was easily the best bagel sandwich I have ever encountered. My go to when I need bagels for my crew! Quick bakers dozen with two cream cheese for $20! A great deal! Definitely recommend.“

“We purchase a baker's dozen about every two weeks. They slice The bagels by hand not by slicing machine which doesn't do a very good job.

It's too bad that the pumpernickel bagels are inconsistent. Sometimes they look normal and sometimes they look like hockey pucks.“

“If you are looking for an amazing breakfast bagel sandwich this is your spot! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It's been awhile since I had been in the store and the staff let me know what new items have been introduced recently. My go to is the Smokehouse Brisket Breakfast sandwich on a jalapeno bagel. I will not let so much time go by until my next visit. Keep up the great work!

Dietary restrictions: I am not sure all of the precautions that are taken based on dietary restrictions. I did notice there was a sign that said they have cross contamination with peanuts.

Parking: This is in a strip shopping center with ample amount of parking.“

“We stop in once a week for bagels for our workers! Great quality and always great service from a very friendly staff.
Inside is not really a place to sit and eat, its more of a place to pick up and go, but you can easily go down the street to Willie Blake Community park and enjoy you bagel.“

“I love the orange juice they have and I got a bunch of bagels for me and my girlfriend. I haven't been here in a few years and coming in was extremely welcoming and professional. One employee that stood out was a young gentleman named Ayden and he definitely made me feel welcomed and knowledged about menu items. Definitely will be back. They have great service and amazing items on their menu! 100% recommend this location“

“Great service here, everyone is always very friendly and most employees will converse with you while they’re making your food. I have never had a bad sandwich here. My favorite here is the Sriracha Honey Sunrise with ham instead of bacon, add tomato, and on a green chili cheddar bagel. I also love the farmhouse, the brisket breakfast sandwich, and the bacon avocado one. If you get the twice baked hash browns ask for it to be heated a little extra. Before asking for this, they would always be a little less than warm in the middle, not quite cold but the texture was different in the middle and cooler than the surrounding potato.“

“Stopped in for bagels and coffee this week. Bagels tased great as usual. Decaf coffee was bland and tasteless . Used to be great before before Caribou took over. They no longer have the light smear which was great . The smear we had was terrible! Will no longer eat inside ☹️“

“The everything bagel with guacamole, egg tomato and onion was delicious ♡ Service was good too. Cashier helped me get on to the rewards program and finally after years of coming here... it works. We buy the hazel nut coffee by the bag and make it at home with our Keurig, one cup at a time ❤️“

“The manager (the one with black hair and bangs) gave our friends a compliment and amazing service. She is legit an angel from heaven. Also, the staff was overall very patient and nice because we kept ordering more and they were very accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious as well. I just hope that manager gets paid well, she was genuinely so nice.“

“We drove out of our way to go to this place because I hate fast food. We weren't greeted or acknowledged when we walked in. There were 3 boys just working like maniacs with their heads down (seemed like they had a big order maybe). We made our choice off the menu and walked to register and 2 women were there. Still didn't get acknowledged. Finally the younger woman asked if we ordered and we said no. So we went back to the start and stood there and none of the boys said I'll be right with you or anything. Finally the same girl asked our order and we went to the register. While near the register the older lady who seemed like the manager was so rude to a young employee that came up to the register with an order. That place felt so tense and the workers seemed miserable. Sometimes people dont quit employer's they quit managers.
The positive is that the sandwiches we ordered were amazing but the tense environment stressed me out. I can only imagine the poor workers.“
