“When we heard a pastry shop was coming to our neighborhood I set out to research who what when. Turns out they had a location I had never heard of so my son and I went on an adventure to their location on the east side. We were absolutely in love with their pastries, especially one horchata crème brûlée. We told them we were excited about their second location. I even posted it in our neighborhood page. “Love the vegan options at beyond bread for a quick and affordable lunch. My favorite is the shawarma but I get it on rye instead of the pita bread. The other veggie sandwiches are also good and can be modified vegan (avocado instead of cheese, sometimes I add the dressing from the shawarma, etc) but the quality sometimes varies when making substitutions“

“Listen up, mortals. I walked into Chez Peachy thinking I was just grabbing a snack. I left as a changed man. That Nutella roll? Not a pastry. That’s straight-up edible therapy. It reached into my chest, found the greasy little inner fat kid I’d buried under years of “adulting,” yanked him out by the ankles, and made sweet, sticky love to his soul while whispering “macros are temporary, bliss is forever.” Side note I track my macros but what are the macros for “heaven”, my tracker doesn’t recognize the entry.

I demolished it post-workout like a savage who just PR’d his deadlift and immediately yeeted his entire week’s calories into the sun. Zero regrets. My new life mission is to get so jacked that I can survive exclusively on these rolls. I will become the first human to bench press 500 lbs fueled purely by Nutella buttercream and pure chaos.

And don’t even get me started on the Dubai chocolate cinnamon roll. I showed up late like the tragic fool I am and discovered it might be disappearing. MY HEART SHATTERED. That thing is a pistachio-kataifi-chocolate fever dream wrapped in cinnamon sugar sin. I’m starting an international Change.org petition titled “BRING BACK THE DUBAI CHOCOLATE ROLL OR WE RIOT IN PINK.” I will gather signatures, start a GoFundMe for roll lobbyists, and personally fly to Tucson every week if that’s what it takes. The people deserve this glory permanently on the menu.

The whole place is stupidly awesome. The vibes are immaculate, the staff are cooler than the other side of the pillow, and everything looks like it was designed by a fairy who mainlines sugar and good decisions.
P.S. These pics are straight from Chez Peachy’s IG because my inner fat kid refused to let me photograph the evidence before I went full gremlin and inhaled them in 0.3 seconds. They look exactly this good in person. Pure, unfiltered bliss. No filter needed when the universe already maxed out the beauty settings.

“Working with Jamie was such a treat! My wedding was destination (I’m from Alabama) When I reached out Jamie responded quickly and we set up a face time call. We talked about design and flavors and timelines. Jamie was patient as I got plans together. I didn’t get to try the cake but she does offer cake tasting boxes. However I can say the cake is so good you won’t even need to try it before you order as the cakes are amazing! Jamie set up the cake before our reception started and it held up well until we cut it. I definitely recommend Jamie for all of your cake needs!“

I absolutely adore their weekly porch bake sales! I tried the challah bread and the single-serve caramel pineapple upside-down cake, and oh my goodness — both were divine. The bread was soft, fluffy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness, while the cake was moist and bursting with flavor. “On Sunday November 10th, 2019 I got to marry my best friend. Dillon and I are high school sweethearts and have finally tied the knot after 9.5 years! For our wedding we always knew we would use a Bundt cake. I’m a vintage girl at heart and nothing says old fashion more than a Bundt! When ordering the cakes we were worried about getting them to the venue as the store is closed on Sunday. The associate on staff was not nearly as concerned as she ran back to call you to get your approval for a Sunday delivery. She also assured me that they would be fresh cakes and that guest would love them! The ease and support she showed us was amazing! My guests loved the cake and said it was the best tasting wedding cake! The fan favorite was the white chocolate raspberry. The best part of ordering from you is every year on our anniversary, Dillon and I can purchase a fresh Bundt and be transformed to our special day!
