The Pastizis are wonderful, and the Almond Cookies are phenomenal and borderline addicting. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It is easy to oder online and pick up simple and quick.
Malta Joe is the best place to eat in Tucson. Joe himself is marvellous too. He is the heir of a great culinary tradition formed at the crossroads of the cultures of Sicily and North Africa, an unknown treasure of the world's panorama of traditions. The pastizzi, the flagship item, are of course divine - savory pastry is always forgotten here.
