Management provides excellent customer service. I had a problem with my digital gift card. She tried her best to make it work, then she overrode it and found a way for it to work out. Great customer service and great food! The cashier was great as well, and it was UofA grad night, and still all staff were smiling and great. The staff and restaurant were clean.

I came to this location by accident because I thought I ordered a different location and turns out it was this one...
The parking area is kind of difficult to navigate. It's very small and if you are doing the drive-through pick up, you have to enter in the correct driveway. The neighboring business area does not connect through.

The person at the drive-through pick up Window was very nice and efficient. The burritos were pretty hefty grateful...

Normally our family are fans of Chipotle, but last night our experience was not up to par. The place was a mess, food on the floors, the counters not clean. Fajita vegetables in the queso, other foods contaminated by salsa or sour cream. The employees were polite. The restaurant was not full, although there was a line behind us, 60% or more of the tables were empty. Either they were understaffed or they need better cleaning procedures.
