Normally our family are fans of Chipotle, but last night our experience was not up to par. The place was a mess, food on the floors, the counters not clean. Fajita vegetables in the queso, other foods contaminated by salsa or sour cream. The employees were polite. The restaurant was not full, although there was a line behind us, 60% or more of the tables were empty. Either they were understaffed or they need better cleaning procedures.

I always go to the Chipotle on irvington and get this crap! LEARN TO MAKE A DAMN BURRO, BURROS! I went to this location and the employee made my burrito and actually closed my burro right! Thanks for the clean meal

The lady waiting on me was patient and pleasant with me as I got a call from my husband at the hospital. She pointed at items and I would nod at items I wanted in the bowls ordered. She got me and other customers through the line quickly.
