“I picked up take-out and they accidentally forgot to give me the other half of my order and I didn’t realize I was missing anything until I returned to work, when I called the restaurant they were great over the phone, the manager delivered the rest of my order that was left at the restaurant and saved our orders so he could bring us lunch again the next day! Super impressed with how chipotle makes up for their mistakes! Kudos x1000!!!“

“I have celiac disease meaning I have to eat gluten free. The Staff was phenomenal!! The employee I was working with was new and they immediately asked their higher ups for a review of procedures so I was able to watch exactly how they handle and train for allergens - it was hands down one of the easiest and safest experiences I’ve had eating out since being diagnosed!“

“Just popped in after a market and can say this is the best experience I’ve ever had going out to get some food. Really wanted to try the Al pastor chicken but they were out at the time, was told it be a 15 minute wait and didn’t even have to wait that long! They had sent someone out to come and get us when it was done! It was really thoughtful! We then got to try it and oh my goodness!! it was phenomenal!! The best chicken I’ve ever had from chipotle! We ordered our bowl and every single employee that I encountered was so sweet, so kind and hilarious!! I loved everyone’s energy here and you can tell they care about the food they’re making. I really appreciate all of the work they’re doing tonight, can’t wait to be back!“

“It was very nice that they had pibb xtra in here. The lady that made assembled our order was very nice and threw just the right amount of everything in there! Haven't been in years but was super pleased with the food and quality of service.“

“We live 10 minutes away,good portions were amazing but food was cold when got home burritos were cold bowls meat was cold,which means either meat sat ,or heating under meat beans wasn't on,I always thought meat, rice ,beans was hot,but I could be wrong.“

“I always go to this chipotle instead of other locations because the food is fresher and the staff is so efficient! Even when the lines are long I don't feel like I'm waiting long. I can tell the managers are good. Sad the honey chicken is gone though. The employees here always load up my burrito, have fresh meats and fajitas cooked, and don't skimp on the guac. I've never had to ask for more of anything. Usually a short, black-haired girl with a mask on rings me up and she has always been so kind and has a great attitude. Good job guys!“

“Okay so I’m lowkey a chipotle addict at this point LMAO I get it several times a week 😂 & usually it’s fire 🔥 today when I came in the line was long and you guys seemed pretty busy, once I got to the front of the line I realized YOU GUYS HAD ONE EMPLOYEE doing it all? She even rung me UP???? MARIA is a total gem of a human & I hope you guys give her the help she deserves no one should be working alone especially at such a busy location, yes their were other employees but she was the only one putting together the food, adding the toppings & doing check out. You guys make BANK! “As far as chipotle goes this is probably the best one I've been to so far. The two ladies up at the front Kasiah and Lydia were awesome. They were really nice and kept their work station clean. Lydia also kept on top of the dining room and made sure to wipe down all the tables. It is the first time I've been to a Chipotle and seen an employee do that without being asked. Usually the tables are filthy and the counter where they make food is also dirty. Not today though. Best chipotle experience I've ever had.“

“I just ordered a burrito off of DoorDash. They packed it with tons of steak and rice, I was trying to call to say thank you. My mother passed the other day and burritos are my comfort food, this is the best damn burrito I’ve had and I wanna say thank you“

“I went in the other day with my sister from out of town. 2 pm. I only get the beef bowl, it's my absolute favorite and they didn't even have enough for 1 serving and it was the bottom so I asked if they had another pan, I was told it would be about 30 minutes. Wasnt anyone in there when we arrived, so needless to say I left without food. The last time wasnt much better, it was full of fat, not like usual. Not my favorite place anymore, guess I'll find a new restaurant..Restaurants are getting spendy so i dont need to waste my money. Im so disappointed. Do better!!“
