Yesterday my best friend took me for my first time.I couldn't believe the SIZE of my burrito!And it was DELICIOUS! But the best part was the staff working the front!they were friendly,outgoing and energetic!it was infectious! We left with bellies full and big smiles� I'll DEFINITELY be going back!!!
Everything excellent like usual, including reasonable price. The atmosphere was a little off due to a homeless gentleman stopped in smelling less then favorably to load up a cup of soda he came in with and use the rest room for 20 minutes. Homeless scenario (obviously) desperately needs attention. Not Chipotle's fault but, unfortunately 😕 it reflects on there atmosphere. People need Jesus whether they know it or believe it or not. Chipotle Mexican Grill is usually on point with excellent food, and this time it was even better. The pollo asado bowl was tasty with great flavor, and the Carne Asada seemed well-prepared despite the busy atmosphere. The clean seating area offered large drinks only. Although the "agua frescas" weren't authentic, the service was good, with staff being friendly and professional. Some issues with the ice machine were noted, and there was a school fundraiser happening that made things a bit chaotic, but the employees remained helpful and smiling. The portions were good, but there were some complaints about food being cold when taken home. The vinaigrette was perfect, and the experience was enjoyable overall. The dining room could use some cleaning, but the food was great, making it worth going back for.
