Dairy Queen in Tucson

“Needed ice cream for my kid that was in the hospital. Ended up leaving with lots of ice cream for the kid and nursing staff! The lady at the drive-thru was excellent and I even got the cupcake cup which is just like a slice of their yummy ice cream cake in a cup!“

“I had such a great experience thanks to Jolette! She was so kind, welcoming, and patient while taking my order, and she made sure everything came out perfectly. You can tell she really cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to make people feel valued. My order was quick, accurate, and made with care. Jolette truly made my visit such a positive one—I’ll definitely be coming back because of her amazing service!“

“Best dairy Queen on plant Earth. There employees work so hard and deliver the best frozen treats to tons of customers (they are 100 feet from a park with 5 ball fields and I mean....holy cow!) So game night are huge. But on non game nights they still have the street wrapped with cars that just love the DQ. But seriously a tv should happen. Long live Dairy Queen.“

“They need to hire people who want to work and have customer service.. I went in and spent a good amount of money and felt like I was an inconvenience to the girl taking my order.. she was yelling asking if I was going to order or not,she literally threw my box of dilli bars on the counter .. never go to this dairy queen again,as a matter of fact we're boycotting this one .I. every single time we go there it's a horrible experience.“

“Hannah was so helpful. I was in a sling and she made sure she packed my order so I wouldn't have trouble taking it home! I didn't have a way to leave her a tip, she said your smile is tip enough! ? Hannah's cheerful disposition was truly refreshing! So, if you're near Ina and Oldfather, please stop by at her Dairy Queen and give her a nice tip! Tell her Sylvia sent you! ?

“I truly love Dairy Queen. The place by Tanque Verde and bear canyon is truly a busy spot and they always have my favorite 😍 ice cream 🍦. I always get the scoops with chocolate 🍫 and pineapple 🍍 on top. Great 👍 people and always very happy 😃 to see their customers. I surely will miss it in Tucson. If I am in town again, I will definitely be back there again. I am just glad that Dairy Queen is here to stay. 😊“

“Alejandro provided outstanding customer service! He took my order carefully, listened to exactly what I wanted, and got every detail right. I had a specific request, and he made sure it was done perfectly without any issues. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Employees like Alejandro are the reason people keep coming back. Thank you for the excellent service!“

“I recently shared a review about a DQ in Kearney Missouri where a $4 vanilla cone was the size of a kid's cone. I stopped at the DQ here on Prince Road in Tucson and ordered a medium vanilla cone. It was almost the same price as the one I ordered in Kearney MO DQ... a while back... about $4. I WAS AMAZED with the generous amount of ice cream! Thank you. The staff was friendly and fast. Thanks again for a nice sized ice cream cone.“

“I have been wanting a banana split blizzard for the longest and it’s no longer on the menu. However, they were able to make it and they even gave my dog a pup cup without me even having to ask because my service was amazing and the banana split blizzard was delicious.“

“The ice cream and service is great at this location! The parking situation is not. It gets super busy so sometimes the drive through takes 10+ minutes and it backs up into the street. Also, if you park and the drive through backs up, you can't get out.“

“I love this particular DQ! I go out of my way to stop here before work to geta blizzard and a smile from the staff! They always draw a 😃 face on my cup with a sharpie. YES I notice it and yes I love it. Shows personable friendly service towards customers.“

“Drop of a hat, I stopped by Dairy Queen—which, if you know me, isn’t all that unusual. 😂
It had probably been a few years since I’d had a banana split, so today was the day. Went with the classic banana split with crushed nuts on top.
Great service, quick trip through the drive-thru, and the end product? Yep—it tasted exactly like a banana split should. 🍌🍨
I’ll admit, I’m more of a hand-scooped ice cream guy than soft serve, but it definitely took care of the taste buds and hit the spot.
Sometimes you just have to stop and enjoy a banana split.
Never goodbye—see ya down the road.

“A young gentleman named Jorge helped me with my order. I was fairly new to these types of restaurants and he recommended I buy 6 7 different types of blizzards. Amazing customer service. I went for the Dubai chocolate blizzard, but unfortunately was disappointed to find out it wasn’t on the menu.“

“Matt was awesome. I came back to get another meal the next day because he put a siraca sauce in my bag and I loved it. Tiffany and the night staff were awesome and took my order even though I came in late! I really appreciate this DQ team!!“

“I love this place, been coming here since I was 10. Ice cream is still delicious. It looks like a mini prison but is still good. I'm used to it living on the Southside. Its safe and the costumer service is outstanding. I will continue to visit this site.“
