I didn’t get his name but today around 3:30 I went and got food while on my lunch break and the manager was very friendly and professional :) i was feeling tired from work and he made my day better by being friendly.

Food here is always very good and fresh! In fact, i'll go out of my way to come to this specific location. The staff is always very friendly and they remember you as a customer. I usually interact with the night crew, due to coming after my daughter's basketball game. The younger gentleman who usually takes my order, like he did tonight, is a cool guy and I actually look forward to speaking with him. Keep up the great work everyone!

I just want to say that this Pollo Loco location is the best Ive ever been to! The food is always on point and Jesus is the absolute best! This guy is an amazing employee! I love coming here for the food but most of all because of the service!
