“I come here at night, and I honestly feel welcome. Not rude. Very polite. Ask if I needed any sauce. Doesn't give me an attitude vibe. Always get my order right. And the food is always delicious. That's all I know of the night shift. Just night shift. Please don't be a rude customer and kill the mood of workers.“

“The app seemed slow and the line for pickup was crazy long but the stop working on this crazy night kept things rolling along. Food was a little bit cold by the time I made it through the line for pickup and got it home but I do not think that could be helped.“

“I want to give all 5 stars, mostly because of the young man at the drive thru window Friday evening 12/27. I asked his name and he said it's Little Johnny. He was so polite. He would say yes ma'am, and had such a great smile, and actually made my tough day feel a bit better. I know working fast food, or any restaurant, is not an easy job, and I really appreciated his great attitude. Thank you, little Johnny, for keeping a great attitude. :) And by the way, the kids meal I had picked up was done well (from whomever had cooked it), and the atmosphere in a drive thru... His attitude was what made it such a good atmosphere. If they're all that kind there, I'll keep going :)“

“Came here for lunch at 11am with a coupon. Got a nice lunch for under 10$. everything was ready very quickly and still hot and fresh when I got home. Also the lady named Dawn in the drive thru window was exceedingly nice and I appreciate her extra effort.

“Best Jack in the Box in Tucson! Beautiful spacious lobby. Amazing and friendly workers. Hot fresh food. What more could you want?!? It's right next to the U of A. So perfect so school students or even teachers when they need lunch or a snack. Also a convenient stop on the way back to your dorm after a long night out. 10/10 recommend!“

“I believe she was the manager but I could be wrong. Whoever was ripping thru orders May 31st at about noon was extremely impressive. The moment she stepped in, she was an absolute whirlwind of efficency and good vibes. 10/10 would recommend this employee for a promotion.“

“I went to Jack in The box on Valencia and South 12th it's been closed down for about 6 months due to a fire issue, They fixed it up pretty good recently. they opened and the employees are very happy to be back very courteous and respectful the food was fresh and hot better than it used to be than before the fire“

“Food is great and the service is pretty decent. I usually order dinner for my family and pick it up at this location, and very rarely do they get the items or customizations wrong, even for large orders. I appreciate the time and accuracy of my order, and so far the team here is reliable and friendly. There are also great deals in the app. Very satisfied with my experience and I hope to keep coming back.“

“Crackheads work here, but they didn’t mess up my order too bad. I ordered a sprite and got a coke, but she easily fixed that. She also forgot to close the window so I got to hear the entire convo she had with her crackhead manager while my burger was being made. I wouldn’t expect anything more from Jack in the Crack on craycroft and 22nd.“

“I had an hour to wait on the bus so I went into the jack in the box to get me a quick bite. There was no one at the cashier's and the couple at the kiosk took over 45 minutes to order that I ran out of time to order had to leave without any food.“

“i keep forgetting to review this place lol. i love it! it’s fast and the people are kind. one time my soft drink took 10+ mins so i asked the cashier, and he made it up by giving me 2 larges. i thought he meant an XL, not 2 Larges but all good. for being in the fast food industry it’s really well taken care of. well staffed in the front and back (at least it appears so), constantly clean, bathrooms are taken care of and food is prepped as to be expected at any other jack in the box. :)“

“No attention to detail here! Ordered a number 6, wound up with number 16. Went from a burger to a bowl of terribly chicken and rice. Was a bit surprised but was hungry so I ate what they gave me! I'll speak louder next time, and maybe put up the correct number of fingers!“

“This store is awesome. I stop here at least twice a week because I'm a veteran, and I have to go to the VA. Hospital, but honestly, I would not go anywhere else within the vicinity. Love this place.
