“I come here at night, and I honestly feel welcome. Not rude. Very polite. Ask if I needed any sauce. Doesn't give me an attitude vibe. Always get my order right. And the food is always delicious. That's all I know of the night shift. Just night shift. Please don't be a rude customer and kill the mood of workers.“

“The app seemed slow and the line for pickup was crazy long but the stop working on this crazy night kept things rolling along. Food was a little bit cold by the time I made it through the line for pickup and got it home but I do not think that could be helped.“

“I want to give all 5 stars, mostly because of the young man at the drive thru window Friday evening 12/27. I asked his name and he said it's Little Johnny. He was so polite. He would say yes ma'am, and had such a great smile, and actually made my tough day feel a bit better. I know working fast food, or any restaurant, is not an easy job, and I really appreciated his great attitude. Thank you, little Johnny, for keeping a great attitude. :) And by the way, the kids meal I had picked up was done well (from whomever had cooked it), and the atmosphere in a drive thru... “Best Jack in the Box in Tucson! Beautiful spacious lobby. Amazing and friendly workers. Hot fresh food. What more could you want?!? It's right next to the U of A. So perfect so school students or even teachers when they need lunch or a snack. Also a convenient stop on the way back to your dorm after a long night out. 10/10 recommend!“

“It was actually really good, service could've been a little faster since nobody else was in the lobby eating or ordering. I'm sure the workers were busy for dinner rush, so it for them to be a bit more laid back was definitely understandable!

Vegetarian options: I'm personally not a vegetarian, but by seeing what's available on their menu I could tell that they had many options to choose from or to make your own veggie burger“

“The overnight crew at this location does such a good job despite how understaffed they may be, they are such friendly people, I come here late at night and they never fail to do me right, specifically whoever was staffed the overnight shift on the 11th of december, much love“

I usually order dinner for my family and pick it up at this location, and very rarely do they get the items or customizations wrong, even for large orders. I appreciate the time and accuracy of my order, and so far the team here is reliable and friendly. “I was up there I think it's been about a week and a half ago now I went to the drive-thru and had the girl take my order over the speaker I got to the window and paid she asked me to pull forward and I asked her to put secret sauce in the bag. For my two ultimate cheeseburgers I ordered. Approximately 6 minutes later she came out with my food and gave it to me when I asked her about the secret sauce she said she forgot that she was really cool about it I wasn't upset at all asked me to wait a minute and she'd bring it out. I waited not even a minute later she would back out there brought me my sauce she was real polite and jovial a real people person. The company should work hard to keep her if they lose her they'd be a real horse's ass...“

“I had a pleasant experience here. I want to start off by saying the service was fantastic. Josiah put a smile on my face. Paid attention to the order. I had the big box cube with the chicken bacon hash brown sandwich. It was amazing cooked well with churros and curly fries. Great job! My wife had a chicken sandwich that was huge very generous servings. I would highly recommend this place to people who frequent fast food places and or love Jack in the box. This place was exceptional and I will be returning in the future.“

“No attention to detail here! Ordered a number 6, wound up with number 16. Went from a burger to a bowl of terribly chicken and rice. Was a bit surprised but was hungry so I ate what they gave me! I'll speak louder next time, and maybe put up the correct number of fingers!“

“I went to Jack in The box on Valencia and South 12th it's been closed down for about 6 months due to a fire issue, They fixed it up pretty good recently. they opened and the employees are very happy to be back very courteous and respectful the food was fresh and hot better than it used to be than before the fire“

“My recent trip here was for lunch and I was not disappointed. I used the mobile APP for drive thru pick up and my order was already prepared and waiting for me when I arrived. I got a good deal on the $5 menu selections via the APP. Staff were friendly and efficient. ?????“
