“This was amazing service, I ordered the ultimate bacon with an Oreo shake, but their shake machine decided to mess up. To compensate they gave me an iced coffee for free (when it'd be more expensive), even offering a refill when I was about to leave, as well as giving me and my step father free honey mustard with us, overall it is the best service I've had in a while. Everyone is kind and joking with each other, 10/10 would recommend.“

“This location is crazy! The staff was the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. I ordered to go and then when it was up I switched up to dine in. Surprisingly they didn’t even blink. They pulled everything out of the bags and put it on trays. They double checked everything and made sure the order was on point. While we were waiting a super nice girl was mopping the dining area. I’m blown away.“

“Best Jack in the Box in Tucson! Beautiful spacious lobby. Amazing and friendly workers. Hot fresh food. What more could you want?!? It's right next to the U of A. So perfect so school students or even teachers when they need lunch or a snack. Also a convenient stop on the way back to your dorm after a long night out. 10/10 recommend!“

“Brendan L. was so friendly. I have been here several times and he is always do pleasant, accommodating, friendly and just a super fantastic person and employee.
Unfortunately they didn't have what I wanted. Out of teriyaki bowl but he made suggestions and helped me find something comparable.“

“I think Brandon and Danielle deserve recognition! I just went there to get me a #5. Brandon behind the grill actually made the burger look like it came out of a 5 star michellin restaurant, the curly fries were fresh and with how hungry i was... it was something i really apreciated to see and taste. Danielle has taken care of me a couple of times already, once during a really really busy day, when truck hadnt arrived (was running late) and there wasnt alot on the menu, and the way sue handled things that night was amazing, smile, soft voice, apologetic, sweet tone... which i found amazing also because you could tell she was at war. Today, same beautifull attitude, and that just says alot about the people behind the counter, and the people behind the company! Im going to go again sometime with the wife as she loves Jack in the Box!“

“There's an older lady that works the drive thru, she is my fave. Always very friendly and gives me my sauces. Idk who the chefs be up in this jack in the box, but plz don't ever change. Chicken sandwich always slaps and the mozzarella sticks be mozzin'. 10/10 for the bomb cheese pulls. Luv u guys.“

“Ended up falling for the Hot Mess Meal advertising. Unfortunately, and as I should've known, the actual sandwich I received looked absolutely NOTHING like the advertisement, which shows a tower of beef, melted cheese, abundant jalapeno slices, that spans 2 inches between the bread.

Plus the ad shows a double patty next to the single patty pricing.

Not really this local store's fault but that didn't deter my disappointment when I saw my single patty, pathetic representation of their hot mess sandwich, that actually had 4 jalapeno slices, and so little food the top and bottom bread almost touched.

I won't even get into how a medium #1 combo and the Hot Mess combo, with no extras, ended up costing $28.....

The rest was clean, not busy, and service was fairly quick.

“No attention to detail here! Ordered a number 6, wound up with number 16. Went from a burger to a bowl of terribly chicken and rice. Was a bit surprised but was hungry so I ate what they gave me! I'll speak louder next time, and maybe put up the correct number of fingers!“

“I went to Jack in The box on Valencia and South 12th it's been closed down for about 6 months due to a fire issue, They fixed it up pretty good recently. they opened and the employees are very happy to be back very courteous and respectful the food was fresh and hot better than it used to be than before the fire“

“The only reason it didnt receive the 5 stars is due to the fact that they were understaffed during the morning shift so the wait inside was a little long. Other than that how well the only 2 people working there handled everything was very impressive.“

“Food is great and the service is pretty decent. I usually order dinner for my family and pick it up at this location, and very rarely do they get the items or customizations wrong, even for large orders. I appreciate the time and accuracy of my order, and so far the team here is reliable and friendly. There are also great deals in the app. Very satisfied with my experience and I hope to keep coming back.“
