“The app seemed slow and the line for pickup was crazy long but the stop working on this crazy night kept things rolling along. Food was a little bit cold by the time I made it through the line for pickup and got it home but I do not think that could be helped.“

“On Monday September 29th I went to receive my perks from T mobile a d i did not know how to get my perks, I first asked a cashier to help and she literally denied her help I am disabled with oxygen, this cashier was cold, and very unprofessional I felt like ibwas begging for a burger the way she a sweated. E, then another cashier was nearby and I asked her if she can help me and she was more than willing to help .e she practically did everything in her way to help get my perks of a free burger,I got her name she is Jenavi L , I am so very Proud and she made me feel wanted and shecwas very appreciative of ne being there, she went out of her way to make sure I git my burger , which st the end I didn't because bi did not have enough info needed to meet the requirements, I think thst Jack in the box has a great asset with Jenivi L working there , I Thsnked her personally how much I appreciated her service to disabled customers Thsnk JENIVI L FOR YOU HELP“
“Best Jack in the Box in Tucson! Beautiful spacious lobby. Amazing and friendly workers. Hot fresh food. What more could you want?!? It's right next to the U of A. So perfect so school students or even teachers when they need lunch or a snack. Also a convenient stop on the way back to your dorm after a long night out. 10/10 recommend!“
“I would like to say that I have always gotten the ultimate cheeseburger or sourdough jack but since I had a buy one get one free I got the chicken sandwich. It was Amazing! Huge! Juicy and wonderful. Better than..you know chic.....and pop. Thank You Jack! You will always be my favorite!“
“I just drove by. But I do like the sour dough jack. Used to be able to order it separately and was cheaper. Patty bun cheese tomato.

“There's an older lady that works the drive thru, she is my fave. Always very friendly and gives me my sauces. Idk who the chefs be up in this jack in the box, but plz don't ever change. Chicken sandwich always slaps and the mozzarella sticks be mozzin'. 10/10 for the bomb cheese pulls. Luv u guys.“
“Crackheads work here, but they didn’t mess up my order too bad. I ordered a sprite and got a coke, but she easily fixed that. She also forgot to close the window so I got to hear the entire convo she had with her crackhead manager while my burger was being made. I wouldn’t expect anything more from Jack in the Crack on craycroft and 22nd.“
“I believe she was the manager but I could be wrong. Whoever was ripping thru orders May 31st at about noon was extremely impressive. The moment she stepped in, she was an absolute whirlwind of efficency and good vibes. 10/10 would recommend this employee for a promotion.“

Terrible experience! Missing a burger and my drink, food was not prepared the right way. Fries weren’t even half way filled in the carton! Didn’t get a receipt when I requested one! The young male that was at the window shut the window on me as I was talking to him, he was extremely DISRESPECTFUL 😡 I live in OV so it was quite long to drive all the way back to Jack in the Box! I’m so disappointed! I will NOT be going back to this location ever again“
“No attention to detail here! Ordered a number 6, wound up with number 16. Went from a burger to a bowl of terribly chicken and rice. Was a bit surprised but was hungry so I ate what they gave me! I'll speak louder next time, and maybe put up the correct number of fingers!“
“This store is awesome. I stop here at least twice a week because I'm a veteran, and I have to go to the VA. Hospital, but honestly, I would not go anywhere else within the vicinity. Love this place. The people are always great. Management, please commend your staff.They are always on it! A great operation, thank you!“

“I went to Jack in The box on Valencia and South 12th it's been closed down for about 6 months due to a fire issue, They fixed it up pretty good recently. they opened and the employees are very happy to be back very courteous and respectful the food was fresh and hot better than it used to be than before the fire“
“Food is great and the service is pretty decent. I usually order dinner for my family and pick it up at this location, and very rarely do they get the items or customizations wrong, even for large orders. I appreciate the time and accuracy of my order, and so far the team here is reliable and friendly. There are also great deals in the app. Very satisfied with my experience and I hope to keep coming back.“
“I had an hour to wait on the bus so I went into the jack in the box to get me a quick bite. There was no one at the cashier's and the couple at the kiosk took over 45 minutes to order that I ran out of time to order had to leave without any food.“
“I come here at night, and I honestly feel welcome. Not rude. Very polite. Ask if I needed any sauce. Doesn't give me an attitude vibe. Always get my order right. And the food is always delicious. That's all I know of the night shift. Just night shift. Please don't be a rude customer and kill the mood of workers.“
