Menu

Breakfast on Sunday
1. Machaca Ranchero
Dry beef, shredded and cooked with tomatoes, onions, and chile peppers scrambled eggs are then mixed in.
2. Chilaquiles and Eggs
Vegetarian. Corn tortilla chips, fried and then smothered with red chile sauce. Cheese is then mixed in. Fresh onions also if desired. 2 eggs any style.
3. Carne Asada and Eggs
Mexican style steak and 2 eggs any style.
4. Huevos Rancheros
Vegetarian. 2 eggs over easy placed on a corn tortilla and smothered with fresh sauteed Mexican salsa.
5. Huevos a la Mexicana
Vegetarian. Fresh Mexican salsa made with tomatoes, onions, and chile peppers mixed into scrambled eggs.
6. Huevos con Frijoles
Scrambled eggs mixed with our own Mexican style sausage.
7. Huevos con Chorizo
Vegetarian. 2 eggs any style.
8. Papas con Huevo
Vegetarian. Fried potatoes mixed with scrambled eggs and salsa.
9. Cheese Omelette
Vegetarian. Melted cheese inside the omelette.
10. Chorizo Omelette
Our own Mexican style beef sausage inside the omelette.
11. Carne Seca Omelette
Dry beef, shredded, lightly spiced and cooked inside the omelette.
12. Indian Omelette
Fried potatoes, Mexican sausage, and cheese inside the omelette.

Mushrooms cooked with onions and spices, cheese added inside the omelette.

2. Chicken Enchiladas with Green Sauce Special
Seasoned chicken rolled inside a corn tortilla and smothered with our own green enchilada sauce. 2 per order, served with rice and beans.
3. Ranch Style Flat Enchiladas Special
Vegetarian. Our own handmade corn tortillas smothered with red chile sauce and topped with fresh onions, oregano, and cheese. Cooked potatoes and carrots are added and blended with a special vinegar made from sugar cane. Served with rice and beans.
4. Indian Taco Special
Our famous popover aka fry bread topped with beans, beef, and red chile. Tohono O'Odham style. Salad and cheese. A meal in itself.
5. Chiles Rellenos Special
Vegetarian. 2 fresh green chiles roasted, peeled and stuffed with cheese. Then dipped in a thick egg batter and fried. Served with rice, beans, and tortilla.
6. Picadillas Special
2 handmade corn tortilla topped with chopped carne asada, fresh onions, tomatoes, chile peppers, and cilantro.

Lunch & Dinner
1. Carne Seca
Dry beef, shredded and cooked with onions, tomatoes, and chile peppers. Served with flour tortilla.
2. Beef with Red Chile
Bite size beef chunks simmered in red chile sauce. Tohono O'Odham style. Served with flour tortilla.
3. Beef with Green Chile
Bite size beef chunks simmered in green chile sauce. Tohono O'Odham style. Served with flour tortilla.
4. Chicken Mole
2 chicken pieces smothered with a rice sauce made from chocolate, peanuts, dry prunes, spices and special chile ancho peppers. A real adventure in taste. Served with flour tortilla.
5. Chalupas
Our own handmade corn tortillas slightly fried and topped with beans, shredded beef, salad, and cheese. A mild tomato sauce is added for flavor. 2 per order. Can also be meatlless.
6. Carne Asada
Steak fried Mexican style and topped with sauteed onions. Served with flour tortilla.
7. Tarascan Tacos
Our own handmade corn tortillas folded in 1/2 and filled with the ingredient of your choice of fried. 2 per order.
8. Enchiladas
An enchilada is a corn tortilla with the filling of your choice rolled inside, smothered with a rich chile sauce and sprinkled with cheese. 2 per order.
9. Taco's 🌮
Corn tortilla folded in 1/2 and fried until crisp. Inside is your food choice and salad and cheese. 2 per order.
10. Beef Flautas
3 per order. Served with sour cream and guacamole.

Beef simmered overnight with added spices and herbs. Served shredded beef with flour tortilla.

Consistent quality, i love their variety of items, and i love to get mole somewhere. Every single time i'm so satisfied, it's so yummy. Also, lowkey the free salsa that comes with the chips while you wait is fantastic!! Most while-you-wait salsas are forgettable in my experience- a background detail you forget or dont notice while you're chatting it up. But theirs makes its presence known and leaves an impression. There are so many great restaurants in Tucson, but La Indita just makes me the happiest overall. The food is super delicious, the vibe is just right, and the staff is sweet. Love love love

Gluten Free, while they do not have a gluten free menu they are very aware, I had chips they cook in oil that is new at the beginning of each day and the green chili enchiladas with rice and beans. Very authentic and good food. Good people.
