McDonald's serves excellent food at classic prices. The menu items are consistently good, and the eating area is clean. However, some employees are not what they used to be, and some customers have experienced poor customer service, including rudeness from staff members. Some employees are friendly and provide a positive experience, with Edward being polite and the food fast and spot on. Gabby was amazing with serving and customer service, having a wonderful attitude with great service. The restaurant's layout can be confusing, but overall, McDonald's is a reliable choice for a quick meal.
