Kuddos to the young man working the window this last Friday evening (8/27/21) at 540 W. Valencia location. He was so friendly. I think he should be the one in charge to train employees on great customer service. He was awesome!
The best playground of McDonald's I've seen.
Food here is almost always fresh and hot.. Plus it is a 24hr location..

McDonald's is a popular fast-food restaurant that has recently undergone some menu changes. While some updates have been well-received, customers have expressed concerns about certain aspects. Many have noted issues with the food, mentioning that it can be dry and messy, with experiences of burgers like the Big Mac being difficult to eat due to their slippery nature. However, some customers feel that this McDonald's stands out among others, enjoying better-tasting food, with highlights such as the amazing chicken sandwich and hot fries. The ice cream machines are consistently working, which adds to the positive experience. The overall service and order accuracy have been praised, with friendly and cool staff who provide quick service. One customer noted a particularly great job with curbside service, where the food came out fast and hot, packed neatly without any spills. Although there have been some complaints regarding food quality, many have found everything else to be good. Additionally, the restaurant offers ample and abundant on-site parking, is kid-friendly, and is fully ADA compliant. The location is clean, and employees are generally friendly, willing to help customers with additional requests like purchasing toys with meals.
