McDonald's is a special place where employees go above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and valued. Roman provides excellent customer service, being kind, personable, and excited about life/his job. Maddison provided very great service, fixing an order from the previous night with no issues, and the young lady at the second window also had a great attitude and was very friendly. Guests are pleasantly surprised by the friendly and funny service, leaving with an unexpected smile. The food is always fresh, with special orders often done with no complaints or upcharges. The drive-thru is pretty fast, usually under 10 minutes. The restaurant is kid-friendly and has plenty of handicap accessible entrances and ramps.
