La Catrina was not very well balanced, the drink just tasted “loud” in not a great way. Usually love absinthe but found it annoying in this drink. Wife liked her drink though. Unique atmosphere inside, kind of cold and rigid, which I get is the theme but not the best for hanging out in.
Such a cool spot for cocktails, wish I had this where I live. Good menu, fun drink choices, the right type of atmosphere for hole in the wall night. Em mixed great drinks and killed the tunes all night! Look forward to a return on my next Tucson visit.
Great vibe, love the concept of turning this funeral home into a bar. Dimmly lit, open space with outside patio. Drinks can be a bit pricey and there in no Happy Hour or Daily Drink Specials, which is too bad, We'd probably be inclined to frequent it more often. They have entertainment on some days, sometimes free and sometimes there's a cover charge of $5 or $10. Check it out. We'll definitely be back.
