Went here once. Meh. Give back the money, maybe I'll try again. do the right thing
WHO DOESN’T LOVE EFFICIENCY?
I went into Potbelly today to grab a quick sandwich to go. First off, it was slow so I capitalized on a expedited lunch. Potbelly takes a couple minutes to go through the oven and I found that the perfect opportunity to pay for my sandwich. The lady behind the register was dicking off on her phone and I somehow inconvenienced her phone time. I asked her if I can pay for my sandwich and she said “you have to wait until after you get your vegetables.”...read full review
