Snowdrop Korean Shaved Ice is an authentic bingsu shop offering delicious and authentic Korean shaved ice. The space is clean, inviting, super cute, relaxing, and has a chill and welcoming vibe, making it a great spot for a casual hangout or an after dinner dessert stop. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, very nice, and really nice and friendly.
Popular flavors include the mango bingsu, which is the best and so delicious, the coffee-caramel shaved ice with biscoff cookie, the strawberry cheesecake flavor, Misugaru shave ice cream, Matcha, and Oreo Choco. The desserts are rich, creamy, perfectly balanced, and a perfect mix of flavors. For the price, you get plenty of ice, enough to share one bowl between two people, with little cups and spoons provided. The quality, portion size, and flavors are genuinely comparable to well known shops in larger markets. At the moment, take out is not available.
