Good sushi and excellent service

Sushi Cortaro On River offers an impressive selection of sushi, with presentation that is almost too good to eat. The food is good, with dishes like tataki and scallops being notable standouts. The restaurant has a unique atmosphere, with a focus on artistic expression and a sense of experimentation. The menu is avant-garde yet traditional, with options like salmon and tuna sashimi. While some reviewers have experienced choppy service, others have reported a decent level of service. Happy hour offers a discount on drinks, but some have noted that the price may not be worth it. Overall, Sushi Cortaro On River is a unique dining experience that is sure to leave a lasting impression.
