Taco Bell in Tucson

“I gotta hand it to this place, they’ve come a long ways from when mistakes were common and the staff acted like they didnt care to what I encountered today:

There was a mistake on my order, we took it back and the manager offered us whatever they could to make it right as well as a gift card. I appreciate and respect that. And given how low customer service is in Tucson as a whole, this was a very welcome relief and change of pace. Thank you.“

“Wonderful experience, from the food to the service, especially the service. It's not often you go into a fast food place or any restaurant and are greeted by a smiling face very upbeat personality. Thank you Angie for the exceptional service.“

“There were quite a bit of people in there but they were not loud at all, the food and service was amazing. I got 2 Doritos locos tacos, 2 original crunchy tacos, and a root beer. It took me about 30 mins to get home and the food was still warm and fresh. Definitely recommend this location!“

“This Taco Bell has always been great to me. After living in 5 states this store has stood out as one of the better ones I've ever been to. Over the last year in Tucson coming here during the day and late at night my order has never been made wrong, has always tasted good, and everyone has always been friendly; especially the night crew. Today was my last day at this location as I'll be moving in a couple days. Appreciate everything. It's very hard to come by a decent Taco Bell nowadays. Keep up the good work everyone!“

“An employee named Diego who works there is an Amazing person. Extremely friendly, a very hard worker, motivating towards other employees as well as the customers, always taking care of whatever has to be done and multi tasking, always smiling and doing his best to make everyone who walks in get a smile on their faces. When I go to this store I look forward to seeing him because I know it will be an enjoyable experience.“

“if you get chips, be sure to check the box or bag if theyre in there (trust me after 4 times lol). very mild issue tho honestly. they are very good at custom items, its not hit and miss its always good, the workers are extremely kind, and the place is clean. def one of the better locations in town tho“

“You can tell when a manager has fully invested themselves into the store, he was actively engaging and more than accomodating to everyone who came through. The food is the same as it's been for years, except the new chicken stuff, tastes surprisingly good.“

“David G. and Audrey (I’m hard of hearing if that’s wrong name I’m sorry) are an excellent team. David is always so nice and they always get my order exactly how I asked for it. I wanted to take the time to thank them for that and I think they deserve promotions in my opinion. Top notch service thanks guys!“

“Other than my food always coming out with an extreme amount of some kind of spicy sauce no matter what was ordered or what the online changes made to the order were, it's just a typical taco bell location. I think it most likely has to do with the geographic and demographic location rather than the specific store itself.“

“I love Taco 🌮🌯 Bell 🤤 and as always, loved the food.
My first visit, someone didn't get familiar with what was written on the receipt 🧾 and forgot the Hot Sauce and napkins. I called to complain, and I was surprised by being offered a free Taco 🌮 if I would come back. I did and found them to be happy to give me a new taco, and I went in to get my own sauce and napkins. I am very very happy for stopping by Taco Bell. I returned the next day for plain bean burritos and was again completely satisfied with the flavor, temperature and the bountiful amount of ingredients. I'll be over again today for more burritos.

“This location was very helpful in remaking my order that I never received when I ordered on the app. A driver was assigned to the order, apparently picked out up but never delivered it. He must have been hungry 😡 the order was reassigned to another driver and when he got there they told him the order was already picked up. So they remade the order and the Doordash driver was amazing!! He kept in contact with me the whole time and delivered my order with a smile! This location was fantastic and I appreciate them!“

“Great location right on the bus route with plenty of parking and it's just a great place to stop in and have a bite to eat or if you're in a hurry go to drive through. I did both on the same day I forgot something after I left and had to go to drive through and I have great service and great food both times. I've been back several times just because of the customer service I even live further away and choose this Taco Bell location because of the people working there.“

“I came into this taco bell and had a very pleasant experience because of Johnny, he was prompt, had a great personality, got my order right, repeated my order, best experience I've had in a fast food joint in awhile. I've worked fast food for a good portion of my life and made it up to manager in different companies. I was eating and some guy came in asking for trouble and Johnny handled that situation like a boss. He should be acknowledged for his extra effort because if I was management he would be as well. “Best Taco Bell on Tucson
They are very busy here, but the food was perfectly prepared and the service was very friendly. I am typically not a fan of any place that offers Kiosk ordering (it feels very cold and unwelcoming )and while this location offers it, they don’t insist on it. We were greeted as some as we came in the door and the energy here is very friendly. Taco Bell makes an effort to refresh their menu regularly with new and old favorites and the Taco Salad (although mini) was delicious and held up to the memories! Thanks for a great experience!“

“I went to the drive thru today and could hear and see a gentleman inside I am assuming the owner as he was in street clothes behind the counter scolding one of the workers for how an item was made, no upsell etc. I felt sorry for the kid although whoever he was speaking to was outside of my eyesight but I could feel the tension. No sign of kindness in his voice. I understand having to keep things in order but maybe dont be so unkind but especially in earshot of customers. If I were the owner of this specific location I would focus more on the riff raff outside on his property using drugs openly and scaring off customers especially at night trying to go through the drive through and it being blocked by people camped out using. I've always been treated with kindness by the workers and the order has been as ordered. This interaction made me not want to put any more money into this owners pockets for how we was treating his workers. I will drive past and go to the next nearest location“

“I love taco bell. Food for the masses. Always fresh, fast service, CLEAN, great to take kids.
My 4 y/o granddaughter loves it also. You can feed a family of 5 or 6 and it won't eat up your electric bill or rent. One of the BEST FAST FOOD shops!“
