This truck has delicious quesabirria! I have a dairy allergy and celiac disease and they offered to put vegan cheese on the quesabirria tacos for me! I have never been able to eat birria with cheese so that was a real treat for me. The guy who was taking orders was so nice and looked up the ingredients in the vegan cheese they use to make sure it was gluten free. I'm already thinking about the next time I can have those tacos.
Run, don't walk to Taco Stop. Got the asade burrito and it is the best burrito I've had in my life. Folks leaving said to get the birria plate next time. Give this team with amazing food your money and your taste buds and belly will thank you for it.(To the people who say it's pricey, just remember how much health expenses and taxes cost for a small business and reconsider this comment in your reviews)

Yummy taco truck! All the dishes were tasty and the salsa was really good! Just watch out some of it is pretty spicy. Jackfruit tacos were amazing and so was the sonoran dog! Tacos are piled with meat and they usually have a freshly made drink. Prices are a little higher than other food trucks, but it's one of the best in this area.
